a week agoI went in with back pains that I've had for years. My online EP told me to get a doctors referral for a xray (and any scans if reccomended). I said I thought i maybe had scoliosis or lumbar lordosis or things along those lines. Dr RS looked at my back my then dismissed me without referrals for xray or scans. She just said that 25% of adults live with back pain. With my next doctor I got diagnosed with several bulging discs and some scoliosis which needs to be treated immediately to avoid permanent damage. At the end I also wanted another prescription for asthma medication I've taken my whole life and before I even finished my sentenced she hustled me out the door and told me I'd need to book another appointment...

3 weeks agoI was 5 mins late but Dr Alison Scott wouldn’t see me so I was quite annoyed. I stood in front of the receptionist for another 5 mins who did not acknowledge me at all whilst I was standing there waiting when she was on the phone. It is good practice to at least acknowledge a person if they’re standing in front of you not just ignore them or direct them to someone else because it’s not easy to see if they are talking with an ear piece or not. I was then booked in at 1.30pm with Dr Crystal Yang but waited an hour whilst people were being called in to see her so I dragged myself back to the reception desk to be told I should have let them know I was there but it’s obvious I am because I was told to wait outside drs Yang’s office which I did but u was actually not booked in.

3 weeks agoWas there today getting a X-Ray done checking my kidneys and young girl that done the test was brilliant but the woman the receptionist at the part for X-Rays was terrible looked like was having a bad day or something.. Maybe she should retire soon..😡 The reception at the front desk there great even when iv called for appointment or turned up for my appointment iv never had a problem with them there always friendly towards me and energetic behaviour never look tied or having a bad day…🙂 Ps but a great doctor is Dr Qamar been going to see the for quite a while seen other doctors weren’t happy came across Dr Qamar and iv stuck with her every visit to the doctors.🙂
