4 days agoI had a trip and fall onto marble flooring at the top of an escalator of the upper level of Tea Tree Plaza. I rang my GP and had a telephone consultation. That Doctor suggested I go to the Urgent Care Centre at Elizabeth. So I went to the UCC thinking I might have cracked a rib. The facilities are well organised and bulk billed, but the waiting was onerous. I arrived at 2:30 p.m., was told there was a four and a half hour wait! I scanned a QR Code, filled in all relevant details, was seen by a triage nurse at about 5:00 p.m. and was seen by a general practitioner at about 7:00 p.m. My mistake was because I hadn't been told to notify the receptionist that I had filled in the QR Questionairre. So I was not scheduled to be seen! There was no need for an X-ray purely rest and analgesia. The pain persists reducing slowly.

a week agowent to the urgent care recently, doctors were well but the receptionist was absolutely horrible to the poor man confused. she was raising her voice and was extremely unpatient with him. if you’re going to run a clinic aleast try to get someone who is calm. (june 6, 2026 9:03am)
