a day agoCalling this clinic is an utter joke! Calling up as they didnt lodge immunisation records correctly. Only to be on hold being told im #1 in the cue (LIE) and wait time is 2 minutes (LIE) 10 mins in and still on hold..... request a call back, sure! Only for them to call back as soon as you request a call back BECAUSE YOUR 1ST IN THE CUE. Still on hold now for 12mins! still 1st in line! Still wait time 2 mins!!! GET YOUR GEARS IN LINE

Edited 3 days agoSick to death of this clinic ringing on the day of my and my family's appointments when they know our doctor is going on holidays, the CDM nurses (plural) have resigned, any other excuse they have, to cancel appointments for myself and my family. We live an hour away and some times we are already on our way!
