hello i visited the Murrumba Downs clinic today i dealt with an amazing lady called Anna thanks Anna Dene

Bulk billing is back! Thankyou Anna and Dr Noel for quick and easy visit.

PLEASE DO NOT book with Dr Noel Brown I went in to receive a medical certificate for my absence of work today and he was so condescending and rude about it. I had received test results confirming i was positive for the rhinovirus and the tone of his voice implied that i didn’t know what i was talking about. He also told me I need to stop chop and changing doctors. When first I went to a doctor that had the earliest availability because i’m literally sick and need a certificate and second why does it matter to you?! After that he was trying to rush me out of the room when i needed further help. I’m currently pregnant and bleeding so i had blood tests done to hopefully receive results today to indicate if my levels are rising not falling indicating a miscarriage. I told him the lady said my results would be in today he then told me that they lie and i have no results back. Also rushed me out of the room again with no follow up questions about how i am today with the bleeding or pregnancy. Worst doctor ever and does not care about his patients!

It was my first visit, and I was greeted by Anna, a very kind and helpful woman who helped me a lot.

Great clinic, even better service from Anna & Kylie and reception team. Plus Dr Alla is always great been our GP for over 10 years

I had a CT spine scan on 27/05/2026 at 9:00am and was later told by radiology that “Your report for the CT spine was completed the same day of the scan. It is up to your GP to notify you when they have received it.” It is now 02/06/2026 and I still have not been notified, despite being in severe pain and waiting for the results.

Everyone helpful and efficient. In and out. No worries

Receptionist Anna and Dr Nibali were kind and helpful and gave a good service.

This centre has been amazing with service and assistance, Anna at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Alla has been a very compassionate doctor, I’m looking forward to continuing seeing her with my health needs.

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. Dr Animesh is always kind, patient, and takes the time to listen carefully without making me feel rushed. He explains things clearly and genuinely cares about his patients’ wellbeing. Anna at reception is also lovely, welcoming, and very helpful every time I visit. She makes the whole experience smooth and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Really grateful for the care and professionalism from both of them. Highly recommend this clinic!

I’ve been a patient in this clinic for a couple of years now under the care of Dra Reverente, Dra Crisostomo and Dra Nalika for my kids. The patient care provided to us have always been excellent! Anna the receptionist has been very accommodating too. Plus we are very happy that they are now doing 100% medicare bulk billing!

Anna at reception is wonderful and Dr Kashcuck is very good to work with.

I’ve come in before and had negative experiences but it seems like they have improved A LOT. Anna was an absolute gem, super professional and seems to take a lot of care with patients. She made me feel extremely looked after before having my appointment. Dr Brown was very patient and took the time to actually listen and help. Extremely happy with my visit :)
