2 weeks agoDr Peter and Nurse Deb were both instrumental in making iron infusion a very comfortable experience, I was beyond nervous walking in. Dr Peter found a vein easily and explained the procedure, Nurse Deb took over constantly insuring my safety and calmness. I left there feeling relieved and comfortable, and very aware of what to look for and do if feeling dizzy or Nausea. Thanks to Bree in reception, explained her experience having her iron infusion. Very grateful to the staff Shari

Edited 2 weeks agoReception Desk needs to have a queuing system so that there are not 2 or 3 lines of people with reception staff not knowing who is next in line. Also on desk should be a diagram of the clinic layout showing room numbers , nurses station etc .

Edited 3 weeks agoEverything in one place.Very convenient The receptionists are very pleasant & helpfull. Many Drs. to choose from. The nurses are lovely people, nothing is a problem. My Dr is Dr Karl he is very attentive, thorough, careing and has a wonderful bedside manner & a thorough gentleman.

3 weeks agoNo stars actually. It wouldn’t let me post this without putting in a star. Terrible service! The receptionist booked me in for a skin check today with a novice doctor who did not know how to do it and then the receptionist told me what do I care because they were going to bulk bill Medicare anyway!!?? I told the receptionist that would be defrauding Medicare because the doc I saw could not carry out the inspection. I asked to see the practice manager who did not front up but I got a message to say the practice would not bill Medicare after all. Very very bad service. The receptionist admitted the doc I saw had no experience in skin checks. It was a complete waste of my time .

3 weeks agoI highly recommend Port Macquarie Medical & Dental Centre. It is truly a "one-stop shop" that makes managing healthcare so much easier. Being able to handle both medical and dental needs in one location is incredibly convenient and saves so much time. The practice itself is excellent—the facilities are modern, clean, and well-organized. On top of that, the ease of parking is a huge relief compared to other medical centers in the area, and the fact that they offer bulk billing makes high-quality care accessible for everyone. Highly recommend.
