Dr VIK is a great GP, but making an appointment achieves little as he will see walkins and push back appointments up to 1 hour and sometimes more. It’s very frustrating! Edit: it’s a review of the booking system, that the Doctor or the practice. Dr VIK would be 5 stars for his expertise and attention to detail!

Awesome place close to the shops, the staff are very friendly and helpful

rolled my hand training in january and finally after 2 weeks of working as a carpenter i left work to get it checked out complaining that i feel like i have broken my wrist and cannot rotate my arm. after 4 hours they xrayed me snd told me that i just bruised the bone, went back to work another 3 weeks of excruciating pain until i got a second opinion, we are now entering june and i have yet to go back to my job due to having 5 torn ligaments in my wrist. thank you for prolonging my recovery guys 🙏

Doctors never run on time and as for the nurses they are really slow and take over an hour just to see you for something that your gp could give you

I find Dr Utuk to be an excellent Dr. He is thorough & explains patiently my health issues. He is also very apologetic if running late with appointments.

Where do you go for doctors appointments they don’t pick up the phone it’s an emergency care clinic not a general practitioner clinic wrongly advertised I’m not paying any fees

Absolutely waste of time! Sat there for 2h to be told I've got a blocked ear. YES, that's why I've come there because I'm in absolute pain, but no..they can't do anything. Where did you learn your trade mate, obviously not in Aus!

Called up today to book a appointment for my 16 year old daughter and was told 'she is 16 and needs to phone up herself. I told her that was incorrect and asked if I could get the name of the doctor who works out of room 24 so I could book it myself online was then told she could not give me that information because she new I was calling up for my daughter. My 16 year old daughter who I have every right to make an appointment for, she argued with me about it and was rude a out at. She clearly does not know her job and definitely is not friendly or helpful.

Very unhappy with the service had an appt with Dietian today arrived half hour early only to be told Dietian had called in sick then to be told they tried calling clients. I was never contacted and told she was sick and whats more was never offered to reschedule my appt disgusting customer service will never go back

Booked an appointment and turned up the following day, before even seeing the dr i was told I had to pay $105 in order to see the gp, unfortunately I didnt have that and cancelled my appointment there and then Extremely appalled when all i was told was if I cancel my appointment with 4 hours of my appointment it would be a fee of $50. Wouldnt of wasted my time and now to wait till next week to see someone about my heart playing up

Had a Telehealth booked but never heard from the Dr, rang reception 3 times over the space of 4.5 hours and each time was told ‘yep you will be called next’, on the last time I called finally got through to the dr and was simply told ‘Telehealths get delayed sometimes’ but with no explanation given to myself about the delay. I simply booked for X-ray results and this greatly impacted my own work schedule as I was constantly waiting on the call. Next time reception should inform if the call will be delayed. Not to mention I waited over an hour for my booked face to face appointment the day before also.

The practice opens at 7:00am. I called at 7:03am and was advised I was second in the queue, yet remained on hold for over 50 minutes. This delay is unreasonable and inconsistent with acceptable patient service standards. My experiences with this practice have consistently been disappointing. Appointments are often rushed, GPs are frequently running late, and follow-up is poor. I left income protection insurance forms with my GP two weeks ago and was advised they would be completed and returned. To date, I have received no update or contact. As this insurance is my only source of income, the delay has had a direct financial impact, as my insurer cannot proceed without these forms. Due to the ongoing lack of professionalism, communication, and timeliness, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. David Barcik is a fantastic GP! Our toddler, Willow, is very playful and high-energy, but he was so patient and incredibly thorough throughout her entire check-up. He checked every little thing, making sure she was 100% okay before we left. It’s such a relief to have a GP who truly takes his time and cares. We couldn’t ask for better care for Willow!

It will be good if you guys answer the phone ones in a while

Went to RMC a few months ago with bad dizzyness and feeling faint like quite often. I got some tests done and found out I have rather low blood pressure. (Been told this multiple times but don't r some reason never connected the two) I explained to the dr that I needed something for it as I'm a furniture removalist and can't be passing out on the job. To which she replied "stand up slower" and pretty much disregarded any questions I had about that BS method. Been to see other drs now and they are appalled that this was the answer so I'm leaving this here 👍🏻 only one of MANY MANY MANY issues I have with this place
