100% Bulk Billing - Toowoomba Medical & Dental Centre Toowoomba City

I visited Toowoomba Medical and Dental Centre today. I was greeted with a smile from the lady behind the counter & after paperwork completed I was directed to another waiting area outside my Drs room. I didn't wait long. Dr Dang was very professional & asked lots of questions and genuinely seemed interested in my problem. Because the centre has a pathology room, I was able to save time & get my.bloodtest done too. Also was able to get my script done at the chemist which is also attached. I'd recommend this centre for its organised setup, professionalism and general ease of business.

The staff and doctors are absolutely marvelous at the job they do and also it's a lot friendlier than others medical centres

Parking is a hassle even if you get there in plenty of time before appointment. On the plus side Drs and staff are amazing.

The doctor Tuttle is great Chris the Physio is great Monique is great The reception staff seem to be under so much more stress since they have become an urgent care facility The parking sucks as most of the parking is taken up by staff

The app didn’t work when I wanted to check in and my appointment was the 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I do blame the internet service for this however.

I appreciate Dr Sobia Judai as she listens to what I have to say & she explains things to me so as I understand. She is very caring & professional. It's been many years since I've been able to find a doctor I feel comfortable with and trust and she makes me feel heard as with aging we have more concerns in our daily lives. Dr Judai understands my Female Reproductive Issues I've battled since I was 15 and it's great to be taken seriously. I would recommend Dr Sobia Judai to anyone a 10 out of 10 recommendation. She is very much appreciated.

Happy with my doctor

Always pretty easy to get appointment. Bulk billing. Nice staff. You can get your issue seen to and try to see the same doctor which I have been able to do the majority of the time. I have been very happy with my current doctor and have no complaints. I have updated my review because the waiting time has reduced if you have an appointment. I have not waited more than ten minutes the last ten visits. Obviously an emergency could cause a hold up but so far so good for me. X-ray, scan, pathology and chemist all in one spot. We have used the pathology, had x rays, epidural injections, emergency care for stitches, skin checks and seen the nurse for care plan. The chemist is lovely and helpful as well.

I have been coming here to see Dr happy her years and he has never disappointed me. I was ill today and went in for an appointment with Dr Saima Husain and she was just the worst. My appointment was at3:20 and I sat until 4:30 before she could see me. But she would stop in between patients and talk to the other doctors. This is a terrible experience for a health professional meant to treat people made me wait over and hours over my appointment and it was not busy at all it was empty I was the last person in the wait area.
