Dr. Nick Smith . I am a 71yr old female with many health problems. Thank goodness i found Dr. Smith. He is so switched on, leaves no stone unturned. Just outstanding. Never before have i had a doctor like him. The world would be a so-lot-safer if more doctors were like him. Thank you Doctor Nick Smith.

The waiting for my GP has improved Dr Adil is a new Dr I just started seeing and she seems very good.

I have been seeing doctors at this Clinic for 20 years or more now and have always been extremely happy with the level of care of the doctors, and the help given by support staff. I wouldn’t dream of looking elsewhere for medical attention. I also appreciate the fact that there are many small but important procedures that can be performed on the premises such as an ECG, vaccinations, and Pathology tests, plus I have had good experiences with the Physiotherapist and Dietician. There are many other services provided although I have not needed them personally, but it seems that every possible need of patients is taken into account, and provided for. The premises are clean, fresh, and modern, with plenty of seating available which I think are very important considerations. I have personally been blessed with the best possible care received from each doctor over the years. They have all been very thorough in their investigations, in making a good diagnosis, and in providing the best care possible. Doctors are kept very busy in this Clinic, but waiting periods are kept as short as possible. My current doctor, Dr. Islam, always shows his appreciation for even the shortest time I’m in the waiting room. I had been seeing one doctor for over 10 years until 2020 which I think speaks volumes, but unfortunately he had to leave the practice so I transferred to another doctor who then left in 2022, Both those doctors were very thorough and kept up with my complicated history. Both were good listeners, willing to listen and have discussions, and they were proactive in managing my very difficult range of medical conditions. I have been under the care of my current doctor, Dr. Islam, for the past four or more years now, and once again I am most impressed with his diligence and level of expertise, and the fact that he will have a meaningful conversation with me to discuss my symptoms, treatments, and possible outcomes. He is always patient, prepared to listen, and treats me with the greatest respect. He make me feel heard and understood, and takes all my questions seriously and with patience. He is open and friendly and always makes me feel comfortable and confident. I have always been impressed with the level of care given to me by all medical staff, and I most certainly recommend this Practice

Went to appointment on Tuesday got some tested done waited on the results they told me result will be on Sunday went Sunday they said still waiting on results then went again Monday nothing what’s it going on? Does it take a very long time to see results?

First time visiting this medical clinic and i have to say that the staff were very professional ,friendly and very helpful looking forward to my next visit.Thank you and appreciate all who helped

Love Werribee Medical Centre, it's bulk billing, has physio, Medical doctors,pathology, dentist, imaging etc. Has it all in one place, couldn't ask for a better Medical centre. Opens early, till late, lots of car park, Hygiene is excellent, receptionist are very understanding and friendly. Always busy and now you know why its like a little hospital that has all.

Very caring and listened to my concerns regarding the pelvic pain I’ve been experiencing, and referred me to a more elaborate ultrasound that showed why I’ve been in pain for so long.
