Had a great experience at Young Street Medical and Dental Center. Dr Pankaj Sharma who assisted me was so nice, approachable, and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this clinic! ⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Pankaj Sharma who genuinely listens, cares, and treats you as a person rather than just a patient. From my very first appointment, Dr. Sharna made me feel heard, respected, and supported. He takes the time to listen carefully, he is always available even through Telehealth appointments you feel he is present willing to help and explain things clearly, and never make you feel rushed. I am going through challenging times and Dc Sharma has offered me a real alternatives for improvement Knowing that I have a doctor I can trust completely brings an incredible sense of comfort and confidence.

I saw Dr Saad who was lovely. My appointment was on time, he cared for my concerns and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone new to the area.

This was my first visit to Young Street. I found the Centre tidy and clean. The staff were efficient and friendly. My appointment was on time and Dr Teo was attentive and professional.

I had Dr Pankaj Sharma. He is a very lovely, personable, yet super efficient doctor. He was very happy to answer my questions and explain things to me. In my experience it’s very rare to find a great doctor with personable skills like a Dr. Sharma!

Having attended Young Street Medical Centre for the past 13 years I have found the staff and Doctors to be both helpful,courteous and obliging. My Dr is Dr Shirley Lau probably the best Doctor I have ever had . People please be advised sometimes the clinic gets busy and the wait times can be a little long, so please be patient with the receptionist and the Doctors, they do there best to get you seen to. If you want to leave nasty reviews have a good think before you do so as these people are only trying to help you and do not deserve the discourtesy that is sometimes dished out. Just remember these people have feelings to, so let them know you appreciate what they do. Allan Duke

Nice clinic very spacious and clean, Doctor Pankaj Sharma is very nice and gentle. And all bulk billing.

Doctor was great. Reception frustrating. Rang to ask if my doctor has recieved xray results so I could make a follow up appointment.( Didn’t want to make an appointment before the results aren’t available ) reception couldn’t tell me stating it was a breach of confidentiality. I stressed I wasn’t expected her to give me the results just confirm they had them before making an appointment, but no she stood firm and would not tell me. So she made a phone consult for me. Guess what results weren’t available 😳 so then when the doctor rang back I was bulked billed for 2 appointments Hmmm. 🤨 asking if my results are available is not a breach

Convenient, always can fit me in, don't wait too long, bulk billed. Convenient to have other services within the centre. Been a patient there for 9 years its way better than it used to be.
