Dr. Darren Wang is the best dentist I have ever met. I followed him from another dental clinic to Artsmiles because of the excellent care he provides. He is highly skilled in root canal treatments, dental crowns, and dental implants. He has helped solve major dental problems for me and has made a huge difference to my oral health. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy dentist.

I honestly cannot recommend Cristian and his team highly enough. What he has done for me goes far beyond just “fixing my teeth” he has completely given me my confidence back after years of hiding my smile. For years I struggled with extreme dental anxiety, to the point where even thinking about an appointment would make me feel sick. But from the very first visit, Cristian and his team changed everything. He is the kindest, most gentle dentist I have ever experienced. He takes his time, makes you feel safe, and truly cares not just about your teeth, but about you as a person. Somehow, incredibly, I now actually look forward to my appointments… something I never thought I would say in my life. And the results? Absolutely amazing. My teeth look beautiful, natural, and I get compliments all the time. But more importantly, I smile without hesitation now and that means everything to me. The team at Art Smiles always make you feel comfortable and at ease, and they genuinely connect with you on a personal level. The prices are very reasonable as well. He showed me a 3D X-ray of my teeth and explained exactly how my bite was causing the cracking, then demonstrated how the new crown shape would correct the issue. After the procedure he carefully checked my bite again, pointed out the precise contact points, and explained the small adjustments he was making to get everything aligned properly. Beyond his technical expertise, Dr Wang is warm, patient, and genuinely invested in his patients. He explains things clearly, never rushes you, and has a great sense of humour that makes the whole experience far more comfortable. He’s also very responsive and helpful after procedures. It’s rare to find someone this skilled who also cares this much about their patients. I must also mention his dental assistant was warm, lovely and highly skilled as well. Highly recommended.

Artsmiles is more than a dental surgery. Here Dr Cris and the team provide you with a sense of well-being knowing that they have your dental health and best interests at heart. They give true meaning to a heart-based practice. It all started with urgent repair for a broken tooth and I haven't looked back. Dr Cris discusses dental health in detail and as we get older it is so important to take extra care of your teeth. I am horrified that a well known cosmetic surgery. Who I've spent over $12,000 2 years ago, now has a policy that the customer has to provide payment details b4 you even speak to a dentist. Wow, from my experience, only shady places do that. As a matter of principle, although artsmile was my 1st preference, if you have to get someone's details b4 visit means you lack the confidence required to compete. I'm sorry but as a matter of principle, I'm not going to be held hostage to a shady company who decides not to compete with current standards. I needed a crown so I did my research and came across ArtSmiles. Their website looked professional and they guaranteed their products which gave me confidence to book an appointment. I expected skilled care and quality work, but ended having the worst dental experience of my life. I was assigned a dentist whom I assumed was experienced with crown installations—unfortunately, I was wrong. The entire process was nothing short of a nightmare. The dentist struggled repeatedly to fit the crown, yanking it out and trying again while the assistant pulled my mouth one way and the dentist yanked it the other. I was in excruciating pain, on the edge of screaming, but felt trapped as I’d already invested $1600. To make matters worse, I prefer to wear my own sunglasses, but this dentist refused, saying she wouldn’t be responsible if they were damaged. Instead, I had to wear their provided glasses, which were rediculously uncomfortable, adding to my misery. Fast forward two years and one month, the crown has crumbled in my mouth, half of it broke off. I was in disbelief that it was my crown, so I sought a second opinion from another dentist, who confirmed it was my crown and that the crown was cracked at the base and the installation was of poor quality. The crown would need to be completely replaced. For context, I’ve had a crown on the other side of my mouth for 15 years, without issues—clearly something has gone horribly wrong, with the one from ArtSmiles. When I contacted ArtSmiles, to address this, I was met with frustration. They smugly informed me that their guarantee only lasts for two years and since I was 1 month past that period, they refused to do anything. ONE MONTH out of warranty and they wouldn’t take any responsibility for their shoddy work. This treatment has been appalling, from start to finish. Not only was the procedure, barbaric and unprofessional, but the aftercare— or complete lack therof— proves that ArtSmiles doesn’t stand by their work. I’ve been telling everyone I know about this horrible experience and will continue to warn others to steer clear of this shady business. Instead of addressing the quality of the work, you chose to focus on the fact that I declined a follow-up appointment-something I did because the treatment I received was so traumatic. Another clinic has since confirmed what you refused to acknowledge: -The crown material you chose was INAPPROPRIATE FOR IT’S LOCATION, -The placement was SUBSTANDARD, - And the crown required complete replacement. They completed the work professionally and provided a 3-YEAR WARRANTY, compared with your minimal 2 year coverage that you rely on as a convenient excuse. Poor-quality work isn’t excused by a technicality, and your defensive attitude makes it clear you were never interested in taking responsibility. I stand by every word of my review.
