I have good teeth. I'm 58 years old and have three fillings, two in the same tooth. I did not go to the dentist for decades because I thought I could look after my teeth. I was wrong. There is sooo much more to teeth...than just teeth....Mouth, gums, food awareness, hygiene....there's a list. I won't go into the details because you might be eating breakfast!. But if you want to keep your teeth - and mouth - in good order, you need to keep that list in mind. Thanks to the AWESOME team at Ashmore Dental, I am now able to do that. But it's not just that. From booking an appointment to communication, the front desk, and then the dental chair, you feel you are in capable, professional hands. But that's just part of it. The team at Ashmore Dental demonstrate something more important than professionalism. Care.....genuine care. In every visit, I have always felt that they care about my teeth as much as I do. More so. I have learned more about keeping my teeth and mouth healthy and in good condition in 4 years with Ashmore Dental than I have in the entire 58 years that I have been alive. Care is something that is sorely missing in professional services in general. As an auditor by profession, I take time to assess more than just capability. I look for genuineness, authenticity, and care. I get that by the truckload from Dr. Johnny and the good folk at Ashmore Dental. Thanks heaps!

Dentists are very friendly and explain the procedures well and answer all questions, making you feel at ease. Gave one less star due to the payment method and not understanding how the insurance cover worked. It is all sorted from my end but may need more training in this area. Otherwis3 very pleasant and will happily recommend and return

rudest people i’ve ever met. i had bad things that happened and went to tell the like the next day and gosh they were so rude, interrupting me, not letting me speak, and overall not fixing the problem and just told me take it to management. charges were also insane compared to my old dentist, which actually increased their prices but ashmore dental were still more expensive, especially for the bad experience. don’t come here honestly. the actual gps here, on the lower level, are amazing and some of the best doctors but the dental. trash.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Johnny and he’s always incredibly gentle and skilled. He always explains the treatment plan clearly, which makes me feel comfortable, and I always feel well taken care of. Emi, the dental hygienist, is fantastic as well. She is highly professional and her kindness and attention to detail make every visit stress-free. This pair is truly amazing, and I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Ashmore Dental for 15 yrs and they have been marvellous. But last week was a different story. I saw Joy and she was adamant that I hadn't been given a letter of approval to my Dr for the Prolia injection. I assured her I had, she was raising her voice saying "no one from this clinic would have done this, it's in your notes NOT to give you Prolia..." Basically telling me I was wrong. She was very cranky. She said "Well I am going to find out right now from your Dr." She was rude, and made out like I was stupid. Of course I was right and she was wrong! I have requested Dr Lay for my next appointment as she is amazing, so is Jennifer and Johnny.

Excellent experience. My husband fears going to the dentist and said he felt nearly nothing and left smiling after his check up and clean. Thank you to Dr. Jennifer Choi - the gentlest, nicest dentist I've come across who takes the time to explain and educate. Wonderful receptionist and nurse too.

First timer going into this dental clinic. I came here due to all the good reviews so I thought I'll give it a go too. Booking online was simple, reminder text is good also a call to see if you are still coming to the appointment. Unfortunately from my experience at Ashmore dental, I came out with extremely uncomfortable, bleeding and painful gums. Simple teeth cleaning turned to a nightmare. Never experience this before, I have gone to other dental clinics and came out with no issues.
