Highly recommend Dr Annie Cao and the whole team! I’ve been seeing Dr Cao for over 10 years and every visit has been consistently professional and efficient. Annie is always gentle, patient and knowledgeable. Dental assistant Xin is amazing, and Queenie at reception is always friendly, organised and welcoming. The whole clinic runs so smoothly and makes going to the dentist such a comfortable experience. Very grateful to have found such a trustworthy team over the years!

The doctor at the clinic was very friendly and patient. However, the staff at the counter could improve their service; they weren't very friendly when I asked for the clinic's location over the phone.

My experience at the Australian Dentists’ Clinic was very unpleasant. The dentist showed an dismissive attitude, with little patience or respect. I felt that my concerns were ignored, and the appointment was rushed. Professionalism and patient care were clearly lacking, which made the whole experience stressful. I do not recommend this place.

The receptionist was very welcoming and immediately arranged for me to see Dr. Ken Kuang. Dr. Kuang provided me with a very professional consultation and treatment, fully meeting my needs. He was also very polite and courteous, and we could communicate in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. I was very satisfied with the service.
