I had my wisdom teeth extracted here, and I am so appreciative for Dr Doung and Jodi! They listened to all my concerns and constantly reassured me throughout the procedure. Dr Doung walked me through each step along the way, and made sure I knew that everything I was feeling was completely normal. Huge shout out to Jodi and Dr Doung, as well as the lovely reception staff!

Wonderful experience at Dental House Bacchus Marsh, clinic is beautiful, Dentist Rachel was exceptional and very lovely along with the staff, they were amazing and made my first experience at their clinic a breeze! 11/10.

I hate going to the dentist but the experience was fantastic. The facilities are amazing and the procedure gentle and every step was explained thoroughly. Definitely recommend if you are like me and don't normally like going to the dentist.

Amazing experience! Dr Cheong was fantastic with my 3 year old and it was very child friendly. I’d highly recommend Bacchus Marsh Dental House especially for young children. The establishment is beautiful and clean and all staff members were wonderful.

Who would have thought my 4 year old would be excited to go to the dentist. She has been coming for a couple of years now and always has the best experience with Dr Terence, he is amazing with kids and I highly recommend Bella she was great with my daughter and super excited to get her prizes at the end of her visit.

Amazing staff, which was a great experience

First time going to this dental practice and had the best experience I’ve ever had with any practice. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Dr Rachel and her dental assistant were fantastic - very thorough, skilled and explained everything very clearly. Plus, the venue is very beautiful, almost felt like I was going to a spa instead of the dentist!

If you’re scared of the dentist like I am, this is the place to go. Everyone was genuinely so friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I left and made me feel really welcome — the reception staff, the nurse, and Terrance were all amazing. I was even 30 minutes late and instead of making me feel worse, they still fit me in and were so kind about it. I’m usually really anxious with dental stuff, but they took the time to chat with me, listen to my concerns, and put me way more at ease than I expected. I’ve already booked back in for my wisdom tooth removal purely because of how positive this experience was. I’d definitely recommend them!

For someone who disliked going to the dentist for the longest time this establishment has helped to fix that, it’s still hard but made a lot easier

My experience with Dr Terrence as a patient and particularly as a parent of a patient has been fantastic. He is great with children, making them feel at ease and comfortable, making a balloon animal for my daughter’s first visit, and keeping things calm and efficient made her first dentist appointment a breeze. Very much appreciate and will continue to highly recommend.

I am usually anxious about dentists and the administration of pain relief as there is always some form of pain and discomfort with it.. but today I had a tooth taken out and I must say it was amazing.. no pain, no discomfort and done in record time.. I will absolutely go back here again… also Bree was wonderful and helpful :)

I was close to giving up when we met Dr Terrance. My 5‑year‑old daughter was having a really difficult time getting her upper molar cavity treated, right down near the nerve. She couldn’t tolerate the rubber dam, and 2 x previous attempt at a baby root canal had failed. It made her very claustrophobic and any dental work limited to 30 seconds before ultimately failing. Dr Terrance stepped in like a Grand Prix pit crew – fast, calm and incredibly skilled. Instead of persisting with the original plan, he quickly and gently placed a crown so she can keep her baby tooth intact until it naturally falls out around age 12. The relief for both of us was enormous. We’ve since been back for a follow‑up, and my daughter has now collected about four balloon animals that he’s made for her using the dental tools. The level of care, patience and reassurance he provides – both for a tough-but-still-little kid and for worried parents – is absolutely mind‑blowing. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Booked an emergency appointment for my daughter to have a chipped tooth repaired late at night and it got repaired the next day. What a supportive friendly process. Totally destressed the situation and my daughter was beyond thrilled with the result. I can't praise this dental practice enough. Thank you for your saving the day. You are just fabulous. Dr Miff was simply amazing. So gentle and put her totally at ease.

Dr Terrence and the dental nurse were so lovely with my two young kids. It was their first experience with a dentist and they both walked out telling me “I love the dentist”, which is more than what I hoped for. Thank you so much!

Tremendous dentist. One of the best dental experiences anywhere, maybe the best, people are saying it. Dr Rachel was very friendly, very attentive. Knew exactly what she was doing. Gave me breaks when I needed them. Not everyone does that. Almost no one does anymore. Believe me. She did. Very smart. And the dental assistant? Very competent. Honestly, more competent than a lot of others out there. You notice these things. Made the whole appointment run beautifully. Just beautifully. At the end, I asked if there was anything around my mouth. Important question. Very important question. Rachel laughed, great sense of humour. We had a moment. You love to see it. Shows confidence. The admin staff? Very welcoming people. Nice people. No drama. That’s how you know it’s a great place. I left happy. Big smile. Overall, tremendous experience. Highly recommend. Five stars. Everyone’s talking about it.

My 6 year old daughter had a large cavity and had never been to the dentist before, she was terrified to go. We got recommended to Dr Terence and I’m so glad we did, he was amazing with my daughter and made her feel so comfortable always, very nurturing and cool. Our whole family will now be booking with him. The admin staff are always lovely to deal with also. Place is very modern and clean.

Lovely conversation, very helpful, they even printed my son a colouring sheet while we waited.
