Bays Dental McCrae

After many years away from dentists due to some very difficult past experiences, I finally found the courage to walk into Bays Dental Clinic and I honestly cannot thank Dr Roshi and her wonderful team enough. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, patience, compassion and genuine understanding. Not once did I feel judged or rushed during what was otherwise a very anxious visit for me. Dr Roshi’s calm and caring manner immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel respected and supported throughout the appointment. Her team were equally warm, professional and reassuring. I walked out thinking where have people like this been for the last 60 years? For anyone who feels nervous about dentists, has avoided going for years, or carries difficult memories from the past this is the place to go. Thank you again Dr Roshi and the entire Bays Dental team. You have restored far more than my confidence in dentistry.

From the time of contacting the team at Bays Dental through to the first consultation, it was an absolute pleasure. The reception ladies were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful and genuinely engaged. Lisa who is my dentist has such a kind and caring manner all the while making sure I was comfortable, explained everything after we discussed what work was required, helped me to understand through photos, ensuring I was comfortable to go ahead with it whilst being totally engaged and genuinely considerate. Would highly recommend.

I am a new patient at McCrae Dental Clinic in McCrae. From the moment I walked in the Lovely girls on reception were welcoming, and made eye contact ! I saw Dr Oscar for a difficult procedure, which he made easy, at the end I said “ is the tooth out “ he said yes, I didn’t feel a thing, the most professional, calm, confidant dentist I have ever seen, nurse attending was lovely too. Even sent a message the next day to see if I was ok. Took a couple of Panadol at night, next day, would hardly know I had a tooth removed and stitches ! I would highly recommend Bays Dental to anybody, and will continue to attend the practice.

Lisa was superb , I’m terrified of the dentist and having my teeth cleaned . Lisa uses gas , numbing gel and needles when numbed . Best experience ever

Very friendly and efficient service.

Lisa (and the assistants) is the first dentist in years (or ever) that I’ve felt relaxed in the chair with. Gas was on offer but her manner was enough that I didn’t even need it. Highly recommend her and Bays Dental.
