I saw Dr David, Stuart, and Kajal over 2 visits. All very professional and non pressuring into any specific treatment option. Dr Kajal was fantastic dealing with my extremely difficult extraction. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

I had the worst experience of any dentist I’ve ever been to at this place. I have severe anxiety around anyone touching my teeth due to childhood trauma/abuse, I explained this to them and was assured I’d be looked after. The female dentist I saw absolutely did not care, I was shaking from head to toe in the chair, she got her assistant to hold me still, extracted two bottom molars, and didn’t give me any pain relief, even when I asked for it. I ended up in the emergency room 12 hours later and had to be given tramadol and antibiotics. That was 3 years ago and I haven’t been to a dentist since. I wrote an email to them outlining my experience and asking them to be more compassionate in future, and received no response. Sent it again, no response. But they had the gall to send me a checkup reminder six months later.

Every time I go in I have a great experience with Dr Kajal and Karen. They are both are kind and professional while making sure I am as comfortable as possible. You can tell they care about their patients trying new things to make it less painful or uncomfortable. Highly recommended.

Dr David and his assistant Sam are consistently amazing — always positive, kind and supportive. I usually struggle with quite a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, but the care I’ve received here has completely changed my experience. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I’ve seen many dentists over the years and have never felt so informed, looked after, and genuinely considered. Dr David has such a calm and reassuring presence. He always takes the time to explain the options clearly and checks in throughout the appointment to make sure I’m comfortable and coping. I’ve recently had a few bigger procedures done, and I now feel so much more confident and relaxed going to my appointments. That’s something I never thought I’d say about visiting the dentist! I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very friendly staff that help you feel relaxed, the Dentist I had was very nice & friendly & explained lots of the treatment and cost, even though the surgery was new it was clean & tidy. Happy to recommend this dentist surgery to everyone.

Absolutely 💯 recommend BeDental at Arundel Plaza. Dr Kajal and DA Karen are fantastic, gentle, considerate and caring. Lovely to chat with too. All the Drs and staff are wonderful. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but going there is easy because of the staff. Well done and keep up the good work.

Dr Kristy gave me the best experience I’ve ever had for a teeth cleaning. I neglected my flossing and was preparing for a rough clean like I usually had at my previous dentist. Not only did I feel no pain for the first time ever, but it was the cleanest my teeth have ever been, I wish I had the before and after photos! The whole experience was amazing. Needed a repair of a broken tooth. Got a crown that was manufactured on site. The tooth was prepared, 30 min break while crown prepared then fitted. So professional and friendly. The procedure was not the least bit uncomfortable. Couldn’t recommend the dental excellence highly enough.
