Mixed experience. The actual dental work from Dr. Joung was good - she is clearly skilled and gentle. However I found the admin side a bit disorganised. I had two appointments where my insurance details had not been updated correctly and had to sort it out at the desk each time, which added delays. The waiting room was also quite busy both times and I waited longer than expected. I will give credit where it is due - the clinical care is genuinely good. Just needs some improvement on the admin and scheduling side.
