Edited 3 days agoFrom the moment you walk in the door you are met with by a very welcoming receptionist. When you walk into the Dentist's surgery you are introduced to the assistant. Again very welcoming. I have been going to this surgery and to the same dentist for quite some time. I am kept well informed on what is required and even given a squishy toy to hold onto to calm my nerves (I am such a sook). I can highly recommend this dental practice which has more recently introduced more services to their practice. Easy to access by public transport as well.

a month agoWow. Dr Michael Daniell from Brisbane Dental was amazing. So skilled, competent, and he put me at ease with his confidence and chair side manner. From the friendly welcoming of the staff at the desk through to the end of the procedure, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 5 stars all round.

2 months agoDr Cheryl Liew is AMAZING. She is very meticulous in her work and she is friendly too. She explained in detail my teeth situation and gave me options how she could help me. My kids love her as she is so welcoming and we definitely will see her again this year for 2nd check up.

3 months agoReally helpful and professional staff. I am visiting Brisbane and broke a veneer, I was able to contact Brisbane Dental over the weekend and arrange an appointment for the Monday. My broken veneer was fixed quickly and expertly and I was able to smile again. Thank you very much indeed.

4 months agoBrisbane Dental exceeded all expectations. I came in with a cracked tooth and, thanks to Amber, had an appointment within three hours on very short notice. The entire team was kind, caring, and supportive. Dr. Raghed Bashour was absolutely awesome, efficient, professional, and had me in and out in about 25 minutes. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend Brisbane Dental.

Seemed ok but one senior staff implied that my card may have got no money in it when the payment didn’t come through for the first time. Instead of telling the staff to try it one more time ,saying “has it got money in it?” Seemed a bit unprofessional and rude. Doctor was professional and quick, really liked my results! Wanna continue with this dentist but hesitant about it because of the front desk staff

4 months agoVery impressive experience with Dr.Cheryl! Thorough examination and such a professional care! She never forgot the warm and kind manner while she was doing her best thing. All receptionists and a dental nurse, Natalie I met in the clinic, I dare to say, were on top class with kindness and professionalism as well among the health industries I've been visited. Here is a dental clinic, most important value is the treatment quality. You will hear the problem's cause and consequence along with the steps you can take PLUS fantastic treatment. I am highly recommending a person who is looking for a good dental care. It is worthy to visit a busy CBD region though.
