I went here for a normal dental clean because my normal dentist was booked out. Not impressed. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. Also they don’t do the normal “air polishing” that other dentists use as they don’t have the equipment. Very basic service. I won’t be returning and hope my normal dentist is available next time.

Me and my partner call from more than 3 hours after they open no one answer, i went there to asian ladies on the counter doing nothing talking about their weekend, when i ask about the phone she said, the phone doesnt work, we pay so much in fees wy a phone from bupa australia doesnt work, if is one relative or a friend of them but im just a regular costumer feel so sik of this kind of treetment

Honestly one of the best cleans I’ve had. Saba Tahir was so gentle but still really thorough, and she removed all the stains on my teeth. I’m usually nervous at the dentist but felt totally comfortable today. Thanks!

It's rare to say 'I had an incredible experience at the dentist' but today I did. All the staff including my dentist were just so lovely and happy to have a little laugh with me. Within 45mins my two front teeth were fixed and I have my big goofy smile back. I finally put my Bupa to good use and it was all covered, I wasn't out of pocket a cent. If you are with Bupa, go in and make the most of it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful; we all get our cleaning done here. Our youngest son just had two bridges installed; Dr William was super particular during preparations, did a great job with the final product and saved us thousands compared to seeing a prosthodontist. I recommend BUPA Dental to anyone. Thanks team!

I have been with this dental practice for many years and cannot recommend them more highly. I usually see Julian and he is a very friendly and professional dentist .

For tourists who don't speak English well, the entire treatment process went very smoothly. The doctor was extremely professional, quickly diagnosed my condition using translation software, and gave the best treatment advice. The whole process took less than an hour, and I only spent a little over 300 (currency unspecified), much cheaper than I expected. Chinese tourists can book with confidence! At checkout, the pretty receptionist even reminded me that I could use my travel insurance for reimbursement. I should definitely buy one next time I visit the country! 😁
