I am writing to complain about a dental cleaning I received through Bupa at Dental Capri. After a new product was used during the cleaning, brown staining appeared on my lower teeth within weeks, which was not present before. My concerns were not properly addressed. I have called twice, and the receptionist has not returned my calls. I request an explanation

I went here for my tooth filling and had a really great experience with Dr. Alistair Henry! He was helpful, thoroughly explained everything. The front staffs are friendly and everyone’s professional! highly recommended!

Always a pleasure to get my teeth checked here. Dr. Mitra and the staff are top-tier. I actually had a checkup with a different dentist yesterday, and it just wasn't the same. It’s a genuine shame I’ve moved nearly three hours away, as they set a very high bar for care.

Dr Nathoo is an absolutely exceptional dentist. She is caring, gentle, and incredibly thoughtful. From the very beginning of my dental implant surgery appointments, she took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease. I was anxious and extremely nervous about the dental implant procedure , but Dr Nathoo reassured me at every appointment with her calm and kind approach. She even checked in with me before and after my surgery appointments, which meant so much and truly showed how dedicated she is to her patients’ wellbeing. I cannot thank Dr Nathoo enough for her care and support. I am so grateful to have been in such capable and compassionate hands. Thank you, Dr Nathoo.

Recently visited bupa dental isle of capri as a new patient for a check up and clean and was completely amazed by every single team member from Marie at reception to my dentist Jonathan Mapfumo and his assistant (sorry I can’t remember everybody’s names!). I have to give this place 5 stars the whole team is super friendly try to make you very comfortable while looking after your health. Mel is warm and friendly which helps relax you. Dr Darshana did an amazing job with remove my upper teeth. Rhaina at the front desk was very friendly, and welcoming.

This would still be my regular dentist even if I lived in Sydney. Friendly, thorough and professional, and really went out of the way to help in a scary situation for me in addition to my scheduled visits. Thank you Mitra and all the reception team.
