Dr Gareth Smith is a great dentist. He took out my wisdom tooth and I have no pain or infection from the extraction. He was very professional. Other dentists wanted to send me to a specialist at a considerable cost but butler dentist were more than confident to take it out on the day. Overall they are honest , genuine and well priced. I will stay with them for future needs

My six year old had his tooth pull out by Dr Brendan and he was amazing, his calm approach made it possible. The nurse as well, she was so good. My son goes, he didn’t feel his tooth coming out, that’s how well they are.

Off the bat gotta admit I HATE dentist visits more than most people. Having a toothache that persists is no fun, but in my anxiety and stress racked brain, made more sense to try to cope with the pain. I can tell you now after my visit to Butler Dental, and I know you have heard it before, but I am no longer worried about dental visits. I had to have a filling and an extraction, and I was taken care of from the reception through the whole process with care, empathy and a highly professional team. The receptionists helped me in finding every discount I was entitled to as a Disability Pensioner as money is very tight for us. The Dentist in Dr Derek Cheong made me feel very much at ease, and was able to assess, x-ray and perform the entire process in the one chair. I was shown the x-ray and pictures of what was happening in my mouth and gave me all the options available, and which was the best course of action. The entire process was totally painless after the initial needles and actually done very quickly. I was able to take a quick break when needed and I am very impressed with Dr Cheong's dental and interpersonal skills. I was informed of how I should care for the area over the next week, and even given a call to check on me the next morning. I can't recommend Butler Dental any more highly, coming from a patient that usually has high anxiety with any medical proceedures. Thanks to the team at Butler Dental. Very Happy Customer, Michael.T

Best dental service! Dr Li Kwok was very professional and the reception team super friendly. My dad needed a dental review and treatment while on his holidays here, and they organised everything of us with the travel insurance.

Well here I am some 4 months from my initial appointment and I am so thankful. Dr Derek you are a true professional in every way and I am so very grateful for bringing back my smile. To the ladies at the front desk I also applaud your caring and professional manner. Best thing I ever did booking my original appointment. I am someone with high anxiety when it comes to dental visits and it took a lot of courage to finally make an appointment after many years. My initial contact was made with the Receptionist who quite frankly talked to me calmly and said “you got this”. By the time my appointment came around I had worked myself up into a right mess. On arrival the Receptionist greeted me and said “proud of you”. The dental procedure went so well and I can’t recommend this practice high enough. Thank you Butler Dental, cant believe I’m saying this but see you in 2 weeks.

I don’t usually give medical or dental reviews but this practice is superb. I feel at ease and safe, my dental care is in the finest of hands. Dr Derek being one of the best. He is gentle, caring, attentive and he listens. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Having an horrific experience as a child put me off of seeing a dentist, however my experience this week was amazing my dentist Emrik and front counter staff were very caring and put me at ease. I’m now booking in every 6 months for checkups with confidence. Thank you for your kindness.

Dr Derek is very very gentle, i was shitting myself as i use to have Bridgette, but now have Derek, very througher and asking if im ok. If anything the only thing would be for me is that The actual dentist (Derek) comes out to reception and calls your name and not the nurse, as im always a nervous wreck. DEREK IS VERY GOOD WITH ANXIETY PAITENTS And the photos on the wall of the Dentists are a good idea. Derek needs his on there. Thankyou Dr Derek.

Best dentist in Perth, everyone on staff is fantastic and fixed issues 3 other dentists couldnt.

All the staff there were so welcoming and helpful in regarding my appointments, booking, consultation and rescheduling. The staff are kind, welcoming and friendly. My extraction today went well, without any problems and they even said they may call me tomorrow to ensure that the healing process is going okay. So the aftercare process is going pretty smoothly. I think they did a pretty awesome job.

Beat dental clinic I’ve ever been to

Today was my first visit to the clinic, and I want to say how impressed I am. From the moment you call the clinic speak to English lady from Manchester forgot to get her name (sorry)to the moment the wonderful dentist, Dr Derek, looks after you, the service is simply exceptional. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.
