I cannot recommend Dr Ethan enough. From the very beginning he has been caring, kind, patient, respectful, informative, and genuinely welcoming. Dental work can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with multiple treatment options, but he always made sure I fully understood every option available to me and gave honest feedback on each issue and possible tooth repair. I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and he was always happy to answer every question I had. Even when I changed my dental treatment plans, he was understanding and supportive with zero issues or pressure. What really stood out to me was how thorough and thoughtful he was with planning ahead. He prepared me for the possibility of needing a root canal and even included additional costs for a implant and possible bone graft so there would be no unexpected surprises later on. He also made sure I was comfortable and emotionally okay with having a missing tooth for a period of time after having a bridge for so long while waiting for the implant stage. Throughout the entire process, he made me feel comfortable, safe, informed, and genuinely cared for. I’m incredibly grateful for his professionalism, honesty, and kindness and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist they can truly trust. During my 4-hour appointment and second 2-hour appointment, he applied paw paw cream to my dry lips. Having terrible teeth, I’m used to leaving the dentist with sore, red corners of my mouth, so this small act was very appreciated. It really showed the level of genuine care and compassion Ethan has for his patients.

I highly recommend Choice Dental Browns Plains. The reception staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming, the team provides follow-up calls and check-ins after appointments. My experience with Dr Shivani was excellent, she took the time to listen to my concerns and requests, I felt comfortable throughout the process & am extremely happy with the final result.

They fitted us in when we had an emergency and the treatment was excellent, we didn’t have to wait long.

I used choice dental today for the first time, I got a check and clean done by Nadia. The whole team were great and seem like a well run business, I highly recommend.

Omg this place is awesome. I have a huge phobia of dentist and Im 50 years old!!! Wow, Dr Ethen is bloody fantastic. He was so kind, so gentle and caring. I went in crying the good cry and walked out happy and even rebooked already another follow up. This man is an angel, I absolutely love him. Totally recommend this practice.

Me experience with the Dentist and Dental assistant were very good. Sorry but l haven't forgotten there names. As l have a fear of needles, they both kept me calm. I needed emergency dental care and had a voucher from Oral Health. The staff at Choice Dental are quite lovely. The dentist had a difficult time trying to zero in on my issue especially since I have a lot of medical problems. They managed to do a deep clean and identified further issues that I need to have addressed which will be. I felt cared for with them so I will be coming back to further my treatment.
