I could not have been happier with the service I received today Elena And her team are amazing!🤩 As a guy who has not been to the dentist in over 34 years having some bad dental experiences in childhood, it was a gamble to sit in the dentist chair again today but I could not have been in more expert care and in more precious hands than Elena and her team. From the minute I walked in the door I was immediately put at ease by the warmth and friendliness and smiles of the administration staff Sitting in the dentist chair, Elena’s Warmth and reputation as an exceptional dentist having been my partners consulting Dentist for over 25 years, second to none. All my fears and apprehension disappeared as Elena And her team helped me to feel engaged and part of the process explaining and reassuring me the whole time throughout my consult and procedure. I was amazed after 35 years having not seen a dentist to have only minor things to fix and cannot thank Elena and her team enough. I will definitely be back For regular dental care at City Central Dental ❤️

Great! The new clinic is light and spacious. And, as always, great service from Dr Ryan. It's so important to find the great doctor who provides the excellent service. Everyone in City Dental is great!

City Central Dental has terrible customer service. Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. Told dentist was running 10 to 15 min behind time. After 30 mins had it confirmed I would have to wait another half hour and they refused to reschedule me in later in the day. As I had other appointments I had to leave with pain I had waited a week for the appointment and still no resolution. Recommend you take your business elsewhere and not waste your time.

Great practice, friendly, really modern (brand new) facilities. Dr Ryan Bilogrevic is a great dentist. Would highly recommend.

Conveniently located in the West End of Adelaide. Well serviced by public transport. Staff are skilled and friendly. Dr 'Ryan' is a great communicator, explaining the diagnosis, offering options, and developing a plan for complex issues. The surgery is modern, having been recently renovated. Highly recommended.

Great experience at City Central Dental. Dr Jiehao Deng was very professional gentle and explained everything clearly. I had a chipped tooth fixed along with cleaning and X-ray, and the result looks natural. The pricing was fair as well. Thankyou Dr❤️

Such a welcoming modern dental surgery. Staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome and at ease. Elina is such a very friendly dentist with so much knowledge and her skill is second to none. If you want to get veneers placed she is the dentist to see in Adelaide, she has the skill and artistic ability to give you a perfect smile . I have a health fund dentist but still I see her because she is so good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a patient of Elina’s for years and she is hands down the best dentist in Adelaide by far. She is incredibly advanced in her knowledge and techniques, always professional, and at the same time so friendly and approachable. Elina genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything, which makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. I wouldn’t trust my teeth with anyone else highly recommend. As for Julieta Rodriguez comment Clinical assessments such as the presence of tartar or plaque are made by qualified dental professionals, not by visual self assessment at home. Dr Elina Sam is known for her thorough, attentive care, and appointment length is based on clinical need rather than a set timeframe. When a patient has good oral hygiene, treatment may be completed efficiently without compromising quality.
