My son had a very good experience with Clear Smiles. He has a great smile now. Always friendly and professional staff. All new, clean and top notch facilities. Even has a massage chair if you’re wait time is too long. Wish the parking was better though. That’s the only downside but once you walk through the door, you do forget about that.

Definitely the best investment I could have made. My case was quite severe, with very crooked teeth. Many dentists told me that I would either need extractions or a long treatment with braces to fix it. Then I found Dr Semaan at Clear Smiles Orthodontics. The whole team was super friendly and explained the entire process clearly, which gave me hope that I could finally smile with confidence. Even though my case was severe, the treatment felt surprisingly fast considering the complexity. I was also on a temporary visa, so I thought I might not be able to go ahead with it, but I did, and it was honestly amazing. Thank you so much, Dr Semaan and the whole team!

Edit 18/05: Clear smiles have called me first thing Monday to discuss my feedback and offer a meeting to seek a resolution. Very kind and professional over the phone, will update review fully once this has been reached. I finished my treatment with clear smiles many years ago, and wasn’t going to write a review but after years, I’m still not pleased with my results. I’m actually really, really unhappy i chose clear smiles. I’m only writing this because I’m at the stage of looking into orthodontic treatment elsewhere in revision to the Invisalign treatment I got from clear smiles. The start of treatment was a sales pitch by someone who is not a dentist or orthodontist, I was however happy with everything promised. The wait times for each appointment was very long, always surpassing my appointment time; and I always felt rushed through and saw different nurses each time. Towards the end of treatment is where I started having challenges - I voiced MANY times to nurses and the orthodontist, Dr Semaan, that my bite felt off. They did the usual bite tests to check for anything out of the ordinary, but kept saying everything is fine and looks great. But I’m the one living with this: my bite is OFF! I may have had slightly crowded teeth before I was told and a crossbite towards my back teeth, but after treatment my back right molars touch (only two) and the left side teeth do not touch at all except in the front on both of my canines. It’s very uncomfortable and feels like the inside left side of my mouth is ‘open’ as nothing touches. It feels uncomfortable to eat and chew with the left side of my mouth, so I now basically only chew on the right. I’ve started getting some jaw pain since treatment, which I didn’t have previously. I even got masseter botox a while ago to try and get some relief. These days, the only way my teeth feel somewhat normal is by not wearing my retainer for a week until my teeth shift back a bit. This is not normal and should not happen after orthodontic treatment, especially when you’re spending 5 plus figures for results. On top of this, when removing the attachments and buffing my teeth, the nurse has drilled into one of my upper front teeth leaving a dent. I didn’t notice until my usual dentist mentioned it, and it can be seen when looking closer. My teeth are straighter visually, but as far as I’m concerned Dr Semaan didn’t have much involvement (I rarely saw him) and I felt towards the end, rushed through and pressured each appointment to say I’m happy with the results and finished. I requested tweaks to perfect everything visually before finishing, but my main issue of my bite being off persists to this day and I wish I advocated for myself more in regards to the bite as this is the most important thing. The clear retainers I chose I feel are low quality for the price and cracked in the front a fortnight after getting them, but I was too drained from the entire experience to bother saying anything as my concerns were rarely fully heard towards the end. I can’t recommend clear smiles and felt like a number.

I honestly can’t recommend Dr Semaan and the team at Clear Smiles Orthodontics enough. I was an incredibly complex jaw surgery case with a massive open bite, but they handled everything flawlessly. Dr Semaan and his whole team have been amazing from start to finish, so professional, supportive, and just generally incredible. If you're looking for top-tier orthodontic care, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!
