Absolutely love this dental practice. I came in for a crown with Dr William Dear and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The digital imaging they use is so much better than the old-fashioned x-rays I was used to at my previous dentist. The reception team at Runaway Bay Centre are warm and welcoming, and parking right out front made life easy. Will definitely be back for my next checkup.

Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Timothy Judd last month and I cannot fault a single thing. He explained every step before he did it, which really helped with my anxiety. The sedation option was available if I needed it but I ended up not requiring it. Post-op recovery was smooth and the team followed up with a phone call the next day to check in on me. Really impressed with the level of care at Runaway Bay.

Brought my kids here for their first dental checkup and the whole team was incredible with them. The children's area is set up really well and Dr Natalie Revell has such a calm manner with little ones. My daughter who is usually terrified of the dentist walked out smiling. Fissure sealants done while we were there too. So glad we found this practice in Runaway Bay - it's a gem.

Good clinic overall. I had a scale and clean with Cristina Del Hierro who was very thorough and professional. My only minor gripe is the wait time - I was called in about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. The actual treatment was excellent and the facility is modern and well-equipped. Would come back.

I started Invisalign treatment here about six months ago and I am thrilled with the progress. Dr Xavier Valle has been guiding me through the process and he is incredibly knowledgeable and patient with questions. The digital scans they do instead of traditional impressions are so comfortable. The practice is easy to get to from Labrador and parking is never an issue. Really professional team all round.

Emergency appointment sorted within hours. I cracked a tooth on a Sunday night and called first thing Monday morning - the Runaway Bay team got me in by 10am. Dr William Dear assessed it quickly and had a plan sorted straight away. Ended up needing a crown which was done over two appointments. The whole process was clear, efficient and I never felt rushed. Excellent emergency dental care.

Just finished my smile makeover with veneers and I am over the moon with the result. Dr Xavier Valle spent so much time in the planning stages making sure the shape and shade were exactly right. The before and after photos are incredible. The cost was significant but the team were upfront about pricing from the start and the payment plan options through Zip made it manageable. Worth every cent.

Had a root canal with Dr Timothy Judd last month and I cannot believe how straightforward it was. I had been putting it off for months out of fear but the whole procedure was comfortable and the local anaesthetic was done so gently I barely felt it. He kept checking in throughout to make sure I was okay. The tooth feels completely normal now. Seriously impressed with the level of skill here.

Been coming to Coastal Dental Care Runaway Bay for three years now and have always been happy. Dr Natalie Revell does all my checkups and cleans and she is fantastic. She remembers details about my dental history without needing to look everything up, which makes appointments feel very personalised. The wheelchair access ramp at the entrance is really well done too - my mother uses a walker and has never had any trouble.

Solid dental practice. Had a filling replaced by Dr Sai Putluru and the work was done well. The appointment ran slightly over time which pushed things back, but the treatment itself was pain-free. Parking is easy which is a big plus when you're in a rush. The hygienist Tahnee Wilson also did a scale and clean on the same visit which I appreciated - saved me making a separate trip.

Took my elderly father here for dentures and the experience exceeded our expectations. The team was so patient with him and took the time to explain everything clearly. Multiple fitting appointments to get the comfort right. He says they are the most comfortable dentures he has ever had. The Runaway Bay Centre location is convenient and the on-site parking is a lifesaver. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

I came in for teeth whitening and left feeling like a million dollars. The take-home whitening kit they set me up with is really effective and the team spent time going through the instructions properly so I knew exactly what to do. Results started showing after just a few days. The practice is modern, spotless and the whole team from front desk to clinicians are genuinely lovely people.

Dr William Dear has been my dentist here for two years and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is thorough, gentle and always explains what he is finding and why treatment is recommended. I had a bridge fitted earlier this year and the fit and aesthetics are perfect. My whole family now comes to Runaway Bay. The Saturday morning hours are really handy for us during the school week.

Dental implant consultation with Dr Xavier Valle was very informative. He walked me through the entire process, the bone grafting requirements, timeline and costs without any pressure. I ended up going ahead with the implant and I am about halfway through the treatment now. Everything has gone exactly as planned. The team at the front desk are great at managing the appointment scheduling which makes a long treatment course much easier.

Had my first checkup here after moving to Runaway Bay from Brisbane and was really impressed. Dr Natalie Revell was thorough and picked up a small cavity I had no idea about - caught early so just a simple filling. Susan Bradshaw the dental therapist did my clean and she was meticulous. The digital x-rays are quick and the results are shown to you on screen which I found really reassuring.

Mixed experience. The actual dental work from Dr Sai Putluru was fine - no complaints there - but I found the billing process a bit confusing. I was given one estimate and then charged slightly more on the day. When I queried it at the desk the explanation was reasonable but it would have been better to have more transparency upfront. The facility itself is nice and the clinical staff are good. Just tighten up the quoting process.

Brought my teenage son in for orthodontic assessment and could not be happier with the consultation. Dr Xavier Valle was brilliant with him - explained the clear aligner options in a way that made sense to a teenager and made him feel like he was part of the decision. We have started treatment and already seeing movement. Great practice, very well organised and easy to park at Runaway Bay Centre.

Had sedation dentistry here for some complex work including extractions and fillings and I honestly barely remember anything about the appointment - which is exactly what I wanted. Dr Timothy Judd and the team made the whole thing feel very safe and well-managed. The pre-appointment instructions were thorough and the post-sedation check was reassuring. For anyone with dental phobia this is the place to go on the Gold Coast.

I have been a patient here for about eighteen months and I am consistently impressed. Cristina Del Hierro does my hygiene appointments and she is exceptional - my gums have never been healthier. Dr William Dear handles the restorative work and his attention to detail is second to none. The practice never feels rushed even though they clearly see a lot of patients. Runaway Bay is lucky to have this calibre of dental care.

Had an All-on-4 consultation here and the level of expertise was evident from the first appointment. The team took detailed scans and Dr Xavier Valle spent close to an hour going through what the procedure would involve and the expected outcomes. The quote was comprehensive and there were no hidden items. I am scheduled for the procedure later this year and feel very confident in this team. Facility is exceptional.

Generally a great practice. The Saturday hours are really convenient for me as I work full time Monday to Friday. Dr Natalie Revell is lovely and professional. The one area for improvement would be the phone waiting time - I had to call a few times to get through to book. Once booked though everything was seamless. The actual appointment was great and the car park right at the door is really convenient.

Had a mouthguard made here for my son who plays rugby league. The process was quick and the fit is excellent - far better than a boil and bite from the chemist. Dr Natalie Revell explained why a custom guard is so important for contact sports and took the time to fit it properly. The turnaround was about a week and the cost was very reasonable given the quality. Would recommend this service to any sporting families in the Runaway Bay area.

Had teeth whitening done here and the results are amazing. Dr Timothy Judd recommended the in-chair laser whitening option given the timeline I was working with and it delivered. Went about six shades lighter in one session. The pre-whitening check to make sure there were no sensitivity issues was thorough. Follow-up care instructions were very clear. Great experience at a great location - Runaway Bay Centre has easy parking too.

Moved to Gold Coast from Sydney two years ago and finding this practice was genuinely one of the best things about settling in. The whole team at Runaway Bay is so professional and warm. Dr Sai Putluru has been my main dentist and he is meticulous and kind. Had several fillings replaced with composite and the colour matching is perfect - you genuinely cannot tell. The CDBS is accepted here which helped with my children's appointments too.

Excellent service for gum disease treatment. Tahnee Wilson the hygienist put together a treatment plan and explained everything clearly including what the signs of gum disease are and how to prevent recurrence. Follow-up appointments have shown real improvement in my gum health. The team is very good at sending reminders so it is easy to stay on top of the maintenance schedule. Really glad I came here instead of just putting it off.

Had a crown put on a back molar by Dr Timothy Judd and the result is perfect. He took his time getting the bite right at the fitting and made several small adjustments until it was exactly right. I barely notice it is there now. The temporary crown they put on between appointments was also very comfortable which I was not expecting. The whole practice is bright, modern and easy to access from the car park. Five stars without hesitation.

Referred here by a colleague for dental implants and I am so glad I took that advice. Dr Xavier Valle is clearly highly experienced in implant work. The cone beam CT scan they did on site gave a very detailed picture before planning started. I am six months into the implant process and it is going exactly to plan. The front of house staff are brilliant at coordinating the multiple appointments that implant treatment requires.

Just wanted to leave a review for Susan Bradshaw who has been my therapist for cleans and check-ins for the past year. She is meticulous, gentle and always takes time to explain what she is seeing. My last clean was the most thorough I have had anywhere. She also noticed some early enamel wear and flagged it to Dr Dear who gave me advice on how to manage it. That kind of proactive care is exactly what you want from a dental team.

Took advantage of the BUPA preferred provider status to get my family's checkups done here. Saved a meaningful amount on the gap payments compared to our previous dentist. The service quality is genuinely excellent - not just a cost-saving exercise. Dr Natalie Revell saw my kids and Dr William Dear did my appointment. Both were thorough and professional. The practice at Runaway Bay Centre is really well set up and parking is always easy to find.
