Had a very warm and friendly welcoming and the Dentist was gentle when treating my sensitive teeth and advised me of the best solution for my ongoing treatment .

Service at reception was very nice and friendly when walking in. Bruno did such a good job looking after my teeth and provided me with a lot of information afterwards catered towards my questions.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Vincent for my wisdom tooth removal. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and very reassuring. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before starting. The removal itself was much smoother than I expected. Dr Vincent’s skill and calm approach really helped ease my nerves. The aftercare instructions were also very clear, which made my recovery easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend Dr Vincent to anyone needing wisdom tooth removal or dental treatment. Front staff welcoming and very helpful. Thank you again for such a positive experience!

Its all good until you have to re-schedule your appointments twice and then they consider it a cancellation and take your deposit. I had good reason to re-schedule my first follow up with Dr Patrick Ta. Recently diagnosed with hernia and was in pain. Hence I had to postpone my appt which I did well in advance abt a week prior. I have surgery scheduled next week. This morning I called to re-schedule my midday appt at 9am as I have been having fever since yesterday(sunday) with bodyaches. I was in contact looking after a sick patient prior to this which I also informed them. Its not something that I can control or let them know 48hrs in advance. The receptionist checked with the Dr and I was told I can still come in if i wanted to! Despite being unwell! Or this will be considered a cancelled appt and they will take my deposit. And to make another appointment, I will have to pay another $50! Completely appalling and lack of compassion. Needless to say, I wont be paying to re-book with such a practice. Each time out of pocket fees is $400 to $1000 ++. The LA used just for fillings lasts 7-8hrs with no sensation in your mouth and nose. Interestingly, I have not had it last such long hrs with previous dentists. Dr Patrick Ta still expects me to come for my appt. and have me under local anesthetic for so long when im unwell. Says alot about ethics and compassion. They are all sweet and respectful as long as they can take your money. Utterly disappointing. Glad Im not wasting another $600 quoted fee today. They did however take my $50.

I am terrified of the Dentist and have had bad experiences over my lifetime. It took 10 months to find someone & then have the courage to book an appointment. Dr. Vincent Hou was my dentist, He is gentle & patient. He reasured me & checked on my welbeing through the appointment. He explained every process & provided clear information as well as available treatments/options. He then followed up with written information & a quote. At 60, I have never had an experience like this one I highly recommend him & the surgery. The receptionist was welcoming & polite. The Surgery is well presented & clean. Bonus is being able to have scans done on site

Dr Bruno is an exceptional dentist. He gave us very clear, practical advice on how to better take care of our daughter’s teeth, and what really stood out was his kindness and approach. He never made us feel guilty about the condition of her teeth — instead, he was reassuring, supportive, and focused on helping us move forward. We’ve been to other dental clinics in the past where I left feeling judged and even went home crying because I was made to feel like a bad parent. With Dr Bruno, it was the complete opposite. He made us feel understood and empowered, not shamed. I’m so grateful for his care and would highly recommend him, especially to parents who want a dentist who is compassionate as well as knowledgeable.
