Daintree is an amazing clinic. I used to get so nervous going to the dentist but everyone makes you so comfortable as soon as you walk in. I just saw Dr Chan and he was wonderful. I'd been told by the receptionist that he was really nice and they weren't exaggerating. He was so friendly and gentle. If going to the dentist is usually awful for you, I highly recommend Daintree Family Dental Clinic.

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist stemming back from when I was a child on top of fear of judgement about having not been for quite sometime. The team at Daintree were incredible. After a broken wisdom tooth landed me in pickle, I knew I had to seek some relief from this. Dr Ravi and Monique (apologies if I misspelled your names) were so gentle and talked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable from the get go. I was terrified of the pain getting a wisdom tooth out in the dentist chair as everyone I’d spoken to had been through some extreme discomfort, I feel very fortunate to have found a wonderful dentistry team who I’ll be visiting regularly now. Thank you so much for fitting me in today and being so kind and understanding.

The team at the clinic are amazing. So professional and treat you really well, they genuinely care about your oral health and you as patient. I have experienced real compassion with zero judgement from them and exceptional treatment. I’ve never felt so well after dental treatment than I have under their care.

Highly recommend! The way everything was addressed was perfect. I could write an essay on why I recommend them. I had 2 (out of 4 so far) wisdom teeth removed, and everyone talks about how scary and painful it is, so leading up to it, I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr Dipen and the team made me feel very comfortable, from music choices, making sure things were done efficiently, taking note on how I felt, and honestly the whole process was completely painless. After care was thorough too. 100% recommend.

No one really likes going to the dentist. We all know that we need to do it but, let's be honest, we all dread the experience. I had neglected my teeth due bad experiences with previous dentists but when my teeth started crumbling I knew I had to do something. I decided to go to Daintree Family Dental Clinic based on their great reviews. I was still a nervous bag of fear when I was waiting for my appointment and was skeptical about the reviews. The receptionists were just lovely and reassured me that there was nothing to worry about. I put on my brave face and went to my appointment with Dr Gavin. He was so kind, gentle, caring and amazing. I walked out of the appointment knowing that I had found my dentist. Just recently I had an appointment with Dr Dipen. He is equally kind, gentle, caring and amazing. The whole team at Daintree Family Dental are wonderful and they make you feel like family. If you find yourself needing dental treatment, then these are the people to go to.

The staff are excellent and very friendly they made me feel very comfortable especially because I get very nervous for my visits to the dentist. I was extremely worried about the pain after my treatment and how I was going to manage it, but I literally had no pain, at one point I had even forgotten I had been to the dentist, what an elite team!! Daintree Dental provided me with a service that I was so happy with! Highly recommend!! A+++

Friendly staff, explained my options clearly for fixing my chipped tooth, very happy with the result and they were very accomodating for my time constraints.

My mother Kathy recently had new dentures and dental extraction under anaesthesia. From start to finish she was well informed every step of the way. Dr Dipen and all the staff were excellent. The after care has been beyond expectations. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for everything.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful everytime, and Dr Gavin is a fantastic dentist. Like most, I don't enjoy dentist visits however Gavin is calm, gentle and very informative. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional! From the warm and welcoming reception team, clean and calm waiting area and the treatment for my 5 year old from the brilliant dentist Jess. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had 4 children with me - all 5 and under, and wasn’t made to feel like a pain at all either. As a Mum, this is something that holds a lot of value to me. A whole team that really cares about their patients! I will not be going anywhere else and I’m so lucky to have had the pleasure of finding Daintree Family Dental Clinic to take care of myself and my family moving forward.

Amazing place has amazing staff and love going to them

After a plethora of bad experiences with other dentists, I’d developed a real fear of going. This experience was completely different. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the dentist is truly an artist. I walked out with a previously broken tooth looking even better than the original ever did.

No problems with booking an appointment. Friendly staff, professional and were able to sort out my issue with no problems and at a good price.

Have just had my teeth attended to at Daintree by Dr Gavin and honestly couldn’t be happier. Very caring and supportive of my fear of dentist. Absolutely the best Dentist I’ve ever been to. Thank you.

Had a Crown replaced missed one appointment and they just scheduled another only a week later, all completed whilst I watched Fishing Ultimate adventures on the ceiling. Awesome. Well Done also to the new Dentist with Dipen did a great job. Thanks to all.

I’m a 66 year old woman who like most hates the dreaded dentist. I had two teeth the needed to be pulled i rang Daintree dental got an appointment for the next day, the staff were wonderfull so friendly and welcoming. I was very lucky to meet Dc Dipen Shah, after the inspection of my declining teeth we decided to go for false teeth.I had a plate for my top and a fixed plate for my bottom I could not be happier with the outcome, after each appointment I would get a message to check that I was okay again I am very lucky to have stumbled on this wonderfull company. I would definitely recommend Daintree family dental clinic to anyone the professional and friendly staff and Doctors were just fantastic

I’ve always had a fear of dentists, however visiting Daintree, eliminated my fears straight away. The team there are amazing, especially dr Dipen, I cannot recommend him highly enough, he is an amazing dentist, is gentle and put me at ease through my appointment and will be my regular dentist from now on.

Really great experience  from start to finish. I have a reasonable fear of the dentist and needles, and I was made to feel comfortable the whole time. Hannah and Constance made booking and rebooking very simple and were very friendly.  Raji and Monica were so kind, very reassuring and gentle and put me at ease, which I'm so grateful for. My 5 year old son required a tooth extraction. He was extremely nervous, and I was optimistic a dentist would be able to successfully remove the tooth with my son awake. Dr Neha was phenomenal. She has a presence with children that enables them to feel calm and safe. I couldn’t recommend this Dr enough. Thank you very much!

I had to get a wire reglued. It came undone after getting it done (these things happen), however, Dr Dipen Shah saw me again very promptly and fixed it at no extra charge.

Wonderful care and staff lonely

Every single person I’ve come across at this clinic has been beyond lovely, caring, and empathetic. I came in today for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I saw Dr. Dipen for my extraction, and he was amazing. Between him, the dental nurse, and the reception staff, everyone made me feel so at ease throughout the entire experience. I’m so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly!
