Recently booked an appt for my son extremely hard to hear lady on the phone & clinic cancelled my appt last minute with no communication.

Both of my children have seen Tania and I could not recommend her more highly. Her holistic approach to care has been of great benefit to my children. I tell my friends to make sure they take their kids to see Tania. She really is fantastic and so patient and kind. Thanks Tania Have also seen Melvin innTania’s absence and he too is very thorough and great with the kids

Came in for a check-up and left feeling gutted. Gutted that I have to wait 6 months until my next appointment! The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr. Roopa was very professional and very knowledgeable, she also made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. The clinic in my opinion is world-class. Will definitely be back here for future dental needs!!

most expensive dentist you'll ever visit. routinely book you in for an hour, charge for an hour, but you leave after 20 - 40 minutes with a hole in your wallet. nice soft touch in the mouth. If they dropped the fake get to know you questions and just focused on the requested service and billed accordingly, it would still be a great place to go, just better value. In the current billing format, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go until they get realistic about times and charge correctly. Staff and quality of work is 5 stars, cannot fault the staff.

Wonderfully friendly staff and very professional work.

Dr Roopa has been amazing over the last 6 months treating me with multiple fillings. She has been very patient and extremely accomodating through every appointment (even providing me with a neck pillow every time for my sore neck). She is very thorough with her work and guides and explains through each step creating a very comfortable environment. I appreciate everything she and the team have done to help prepare myself to begin my Invisalign journey.

I’ve always been someone who genuinely hates going to the dentist. I’d put it off for as long as possible because I never felt comfortable, there’s always been this underlying fear of being judged. From the first appointment, I told Dr Alvin about my anxiety, and he was so kind and understanding about it. No judgement, no pressure! Just really calm, patient care that made me feel at ease straight away. It honestly changed the whole experience for me. Now, I’m at a point where I’m not scared to go anymore, and I actually look forward to my visits, which I never thought I’d say. The entire team is also incredibly warm and caring, which makes such a difference. If you’re someone who’s been avoiding the dentist like I was, I can’t recommend Dr Alvin enough. I’ve even sat in the waiting room and overheard another patient raving about him, and now I completely get why.

After shattering a tooth in January and needing a quick emergency patch-up out of town, I realised I needed to find a reliable local dentist once I got home. I get quite anxious with medical procedures, so when I learned I would need a root canal and crown to properly fix my smile, my stress levels definitely went up. Dana Street Dental came highly recommended, and after booking with Dr Leon I’m very glad I listened. The reception team were wonderful from the start, even calling before my appointment to make sure I knew exactly how to find the clinic. Across three appointments, Dr Leon was incredibly calm, professional and reassuring. He made the whole process feel quick and painless each time I visited and was very understanding of my anxiety, always checking that I was comfortable throughout the procedures. I couldn’t be happier with Dr Leon and the team at Dana Street Dental. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental clinic in Ballarat.
