This review is for my GP Dr. Ejike Charles Ilogebe of Dapto Medical and Dental Centre. Just want to commend him for his professionalism and being passionate to his patients. While he was treating me, i saw how he listens to my concerns and never was judgemental to what I am going through. He looked after me holistically and treated my medical diagnosis covering all aspects that needs to be addressed. He made sure all referrals are put into place and regularly follows up and explains my progress and results. He gave me timeframe for my treatment but also acknowledged that everyone is different and should take it lightly to recover. I am really sad that he is leaving this centre as he is one of the best doctor that treated me. But i am hoping that in all his endeavours he will succeed and that he and his family will prosper as he is a very good doctor. I highly recommend him to other patients who hasnt decided who to go to. I hope this review stays in his record to keep and that he will also see this and remind him how wonderful doctor and person he is. I see Dr Charles Ejike ilogebe at Dapto Medical & Dental Centre and am always happy with his care. I am 30 this year and have never had a regular gp due to not feeling completely confident in other gps until last year when I started to see Charles.

Bulk billed and receptionists are very helpful.

It is really useful having so many services under one building, especially being able to only have to get children out once and not have to re-park. Nurses in treatment room are always lovely with me and my children. Unfortunately the drs are almost always late and not apologetic (10-15min is expected and fine, but I've waited 30min + several times). Eg I waited 43 min yesterday for my appointment (I was on time), and when I finally got in, dr didn't even say sorry for the wait. Also saw him leisurely get a coffee in that time (which of course he's entitled to his breaks), but after there waiting for my appointment nearly an hour, I was frustrated to not even get a "sorry for the wait". I understand schedules can run late but if I could get told late time at point of check-in I could do something useful in that time, like get some groceries.

That was the first time I’ve been and I must say the desk girls were very helpful, the Doctor was excellent . I will recommend it everyone.

Recently took my daughter there for an X-ray on her foot. The result came back from the doctor after a 2 hour wait that there was no bone fractures to my daughter’s foot. We then went elsewhere and had it X-rayed again because of the pain my daughter was going through. Results came back to us there was in fact afracture to foot. This event is very frightening as giving out incorrect results can lead to serious damage to the foot. I will never enter that centre again it’s just to dangerous

Dr Krish is an excellent Doctor, very caring and helpful. She has certainly made my health and my husbands health so much better. We can't thank her enough.

I don’t usually write negative reviews because there is always human error. However, today I made to see a doctor (I couldn’t see my regular doctor). Yesterday I was too sick and couldn’t actually get out of bed or speak properly as I would go into a coughing fit. When I saw a doctor today I forgot to ask for a doctor’s certificate for work. I went back to the front desk and asked for one. I was told they don’t backdate certificates because it is illegal. This is not true. While the doctor cannot backdate the date of issue, they can issue a certificate on the day you see them that retroactively cover the time you were sick.The Issue Date: The date written on the certificate must be the exact day you are examined or speak to the doctor.The Period of Illness: Based on your medical history and clinical assessment, the doctor can legally state that you were unfit for work or study from an earlier date. I will be following this up.

Today I went to this medical centre and it was honestly the best experience I have had at a doctors. To be fair it was first thing in the morning but my appointment was at 8:45 and I went in at 8:50, it lasted 10 minutes where Dr Malik listed off 10 different tests I needed, and listed off why I needed each test. I then got an X ray and my bloods done within 30 minutes and the best part is they are still a full bulk billing practice so I didn't pay a cent for any of it. Staff were friendly. Only thing is wish they had some water available as I needed to drink something before my blood test but besides that pretty good.

It was a very good experience, I didn’t have to wait too long and the doctor was very thorough and gave me a good recommendations and support

For as long as i’ve been coming here, i’ve always had such positive experiences. Recently i’ve been seen by Dr Anam Fatima and she has been incredibly kind, professional, and thorough throughout my appointments. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and supported. I really appreciated how caring and attentive she was, and I never felt rushed during consultations. Highly recommend Dr Fatima to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor

I left my recent appointment feeling completely dismissed and upset. The doctor was incredibly insensitive when discussing a very personal matter and showed little empathy or understanding throughout the timeframe we had. Instead of feeling supported, I felt uncomfortable and no sign of hope. Bedside manner and compassion are so important in healthcare, and unfortunately this experience lacked both. I would not recommend this clinic based on how I was treated.
