DentaGlow Dentist - Taigum Taigum

I had a wonderful experience at Dentaglow Taigum. Dr Robin was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, and the clinic has a modern, comfortable atmosphere. I couldn't be happier with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr Robin and the team at Dentaglow Taigum.

I was a patient for Dr Marina and it was a great experience. All the staff are so lovely and i felt very comfortable!

I am extremely disappointed. I booked an appointment at 2:40pm. In the morning, I received a phone call from the clinic asking me to come earlier on the day. I declined due to work, as I needed to apply for leave and request a cover to be able to attend my appointment as scheduled.  An hour later, I got another phone call advising that they needed to cancel my appointment due to 'issues with an x-ray' (happening in the last 'few days'). I advised that this is an emergency appointment due to a painful tooth/issues with my old feeling. I was told that I can get the next day appointment. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I consider the clinic's approach to be unprofessional and not in line with the duty of care principles.

From the moment you walk in the door until you leave you are treated with respect. Receptionists are wonderful and so friendly and I tell all my family and friends about Dr Robin with his gentle manner and expertise with treating me these last few years. 10/10

10/10 experience! Dr Marina and the team are excellent! The staff at dentaglow are beautiful and have made my experience with my regular checkups be seamless. Trying to organise a dentist appointment in the space of the work week and busy schedule has proved tricky in the past, but the dentaglow team helped me find a space that fit with my schedule quite quickly. From walking through the door and interactions with all the friendly staff, to a gentle, thorough and professional dental assessment, I very much feel safe and keen to continue visiting Dentaglow. In particular, Dr Marina was extremely friendly, courteous, and thoroughly explained each finding or step she was doing during the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend someone to be seen by her for a gentle, warm and professional service. I can't speak highly enough of the team and how they took care of me, will definitely be back.

The lady at the front counter always has a big smile , is very welcoming and helpful. The dentist is professional and thorough and explains everything well. The waiting area is clean comfortable and nicely decorated. The dental rooms are clean tidy and well equipped. I highly recommend detaglow at taigum shopping centre.

My daughter had her teeth cleaned and fillings put in before her braces were to be put in, ALL the staff there were amazing, very professional and made my daughter feel at ease throughout the whole process. Dr Robin is the best! Gentle, encouraging and has my teeth in the best condition they've ever been in my adult life. With his support, I haven't had a filling in years! 11/10, highly recommended to everyone!

Honestly I am dealing with alot right now and these guys was super nice and understanding I made my concerns clear and they went out of their way to help everyone was so professional thank you heaps!!

My family have been coming to DentaGlow in Taigum for quite a few years and have, naturally, tried a number of different dental practices in the past. DentaGlow stand out by providing really exceptional dental and customer service; both of which are incredibly important in dental care, where people often have a reluctance, anxiety or fear of attending. Dr. Kannu was incredible at calming and explaining while she was there and we hope she returns after her further study or sabbatical. Dr. Robin is currently no less brilliant. Clearly passionate about his role, Dr. Robin is a master of calming and relating to his patients. He allows time to explain what he is doing, what needs to be done and what interventions are required for good dental hygiene. I wish I had the names of the reception staff as they have also been incredibly important in making the whole experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. The whole practice seems to place a great deal of importance in holistic patient care and it shows and is appreciated. It might be a stretch to say that we look forward to our dental visits, but we do look forward to our interactions with the staff at DentaGlow and in our knowledge that we will be in the best of care.

The staff are amazing from the reception to the dentist. I was surprised that they would check on me when they referred me to RBWH for IV antibiotics. They are so caring.

I cannot recommend highly enough DentaGlow Dentist at Taigum. I have been attending regularly for many years now and I would not go anywhere else. Everyone working at DentaGlow - dentists, receptionists, assistants, etc - is so friendly, helpful and pleasant. We all know a trip to the dentist can be an anxiety-inducing experience at times. I have personally witnessed the staff at DentaGlow extend towards nervous patients (of all ages, very young to very old) so much compassion and kindness. They are a very caring bunch! I also find their skills and knowledge to be exceptional. The staff are very approachable, will answer any questions, discuss options, and are always willing to provide quotes and devise a treatment plan, custom-designed, that will work for each individual. You cannot go wrong with a visit to DentaGlow. Highly recommend if you aim to have your teeth last a lifetime! 🦷😁

I’ve always been nervous about dental appointments, but from the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Dr. Robin took the time to explain everything clearly, and his gentle approach made me feel completely at ease, offering calming techniques throughout the procedure, which made a huge difference. It was the most relaxed I’ve ever felt at a dental appointment. If you’re someone who gets anxious about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Robin and the staff, they truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

It's rare these for days a business to feel like it's an integral part of the community. But the professionalism and highly welcoming staff make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!
