Dental 99 Sydney

I was incredibly anxious before my appointment, I had avoided seeing a dentist for 15-16 years due to my dental phobia. The whole team at Sydney CBD were amazing and special shout out to my dentist Ms Al-Husseini and her assistant and their great work!

Nice friendly atmosphere, treatment was performed timely, overall a good experience.

I would not recommend Dental 99 Bondi Junction. I attended for a routine check-up and clean and left believing there was concern regarding my lower right wisdom tooth, including possible infection/pathology, extraction and further management. A “Toothache Management – 3rd molar lower right” treatment plan was added to my app, then later removed. Only after repeated follow-ups was I advised the finding was “normal shadowing” on the x-ray and no treatment was required. For a paid dental consultation, this level of inconsistent communication is unacceptable. Patients should not leave an appointment believing one thing, see treatment plans added and changed in their app, then have to repeatedly chase clarification to determine what their actual diagnosis, treatment recommendation and clinical position is. The handling of this appointment and subsequent complaint process left me with serious concerns regarding the communication, clinical process and reliability of the advice provided. I no longer felt comfortable relying on the advice and will be seeking independent assessment elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs! I was left waiting for 40 minutes. Dr Adam Yurka finally appeared, providing no explanation and he seemed very unbothered about the severe delay. This is my 2nd appointment here, on my first I was seen by another dentist who uploaded a photo of someone elses teeth to my appointment details on the Dental 99 app. I notified their online support ages ago but the photo still remains there. Appointment details entered in also didn’t match what I was told on the day, seem like a standard copy paste for all patients. Please go and spend your money elsewhere.

The best dental experience I've had. Quick clean, hardly hurt my gums. Did the filling straight away. $99 for the clean and $149 for the filling. Affordable and great service. Will definitely lock this in as my dentist moving forward. Thanks!

Zak is an absolute magician from day1 took everything onboard and worked with me into a budget gor the best result happy is an understatement all on 4 that dont look fake or stupidly over white like most ive seen could recommemd these guys more

Gwen was fantastic I went in severe pain I had a cracked tooth once she relished that the cracked tooth went all the way to the root once the filling was removed she advised me I had two choices extract the tooth or root canal and crown I chose the tooth to be removed I will be getting a new tooth, 10 minutes later no pain woke up the morning. Gargled some warm salty water as advised by Gwen she’s brilliant no pain or swelling and I just enjoy a hot coffee.

After cracking a tooth leaving a nerve exposed I was close to getting the pliers out of my toolbox but then remembered the awesome team at 99 who were the ones that got me over my fear of dentists a year ago. Once again they saved the day! Got me in super fast and fixed the problem within an hour and for half the price other dentists had quoted!

I had some complications after my appointment (not related to the treatment itself), and the team at Dental 99 handled everything fantastically. They got me back in quickly to sort out the issue, and the level of care was exceptional. Zac Wilson’s bedside manner is genuinely second to none — calm, reassuring, and incredibly professional. Jordie Keepe was caring, supportive, and amazing throughout the entire process. They both made a stressful situation so much easier. I’ll definitely be returning for future care, and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone. If you’re looking for professional work from a team that care about you then this is the clinic.

Omg! This is much better than I expected. As it is a very modest price I was thinking maybe it is in old facilities and imagined a dark environment. In reality! It is in a beautiful location and the X-ray machine is super avant Garde (am I using the right word? I meant it is state of art looks new!) - although I felt like in a sifi movie and almost puked from the turning machine. My dentist is dr Petal and he has a beautiful baby face with long eye lashes and nice smile which eased my nerves! Dr Patel is very professional - explaining to me what is the potential issue and treatment for consideration. The process is digital - from making appointments filling in medical history to signing in. So a phone and basic knowledge of app using is essential. I love the process of prepayment for commitment to the appointment- saves time for everyone. It is a definitly good clinic with everyone very welcoming and nice. It made my day as I was anxious over the weekend over my crown that came off from eating a caramel 🍬 Thank you Dr Patel! 🙏

I finally don’t go to the dentist with fear and nervousness since I met DR.ALICE BRANDON . I can’t recommend her highly enough — she’s a genuinely great dentist who truly cares about her patients, and it really shows. I’ve been seeing Dr.Brandon for over a year now. We started with regular check-ups and cleans, and then she’s done my fillings and crowns, as well as creating a full treatment plan for my teeth, so I feel like everything is well organised and in great hands. What stands out the most is how she guides me through every step and explains everything clearly. It gives me a lot of confidence during treatments and makes the whole process feel smooth and easy!

Amazing service. Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction, it was super quick, easy and painless. I was finished within 30 minutes. Can't recommend enough!

Affordable and good service

Where do I start. I’m so happy with the work done on my teeth. The dentist was professional and kind and the cost was ridiculously good . Legit to anyone who’s considering 99Dental you have to make an appointment I promise you won’t regret it. I went to Gregory Hills Ms Amina Mossavi Professional ,sincere and polite. I don’t normally do reviews like this because I can’t be bothered. But after my experience I can’t not leave a review and I feel that I owe it to the dentist who helped me . Make an appointment ASAP

Absolutely thrilled with my teeth whitening results! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My smile is noticeably brighter and still looks so natural exactly what I was hoping for. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and professional from start to finish. I was a little nervous beforehand, but it ended up being quick, easy, and completely worth it. If you’re thinking about getting your teeth whitened, I’d highly recommend it such a confidence boost and the staff were lovely!

Amazing dental practice and highly recommend Jasper and Nihad. Both have been super nice, patient and professional with me. It really made a difference in all my dental treatments!

Not great. They spent about 5 minutes cleaning my teeth for what was meant to be a 30 minute appointment. They also tried to sell me 3 wisdom teeth removals; I’ve already had my wisdom teeth removed…. I went for an early morning appointment and there was loud music playing on a speaker and staff screaming/joking really loud at each other in another language which felt really alienating when I was a bit vulnerable lying back in a dentist chair trying to trust that this place was professional enough to be working on my teeth. I won’t be returning and recommend others to go elsewhere. $99 sounds great on paper, but they just try to pull you in and sell you things you don’t need whilst providing a really bad service.
