I visited Care Dental in Keysborough today and had a truly great experience. I’ve always been very nervous about dental visits because my teeth are quite sensitive, but Dr. Daniela Lee made me feel completely comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions with patience. Most importantly, I didn’t feel any pain during the treatment, which was a huge relief for me. I’m very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Daniela Lee to anyone looking for a gentle and professional dentist.

Dr Ruby and Dr Lim (and the wider team) are such lovely dentists for my children. They are caring, gentle and practical in their approach. Highly reccomend them for general dentistry or invisalign services.

Dr Bruno is the best!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ammu Ruby for a while and I must say she has been great with my daughter. Her calm and soothing voice and nature is what makes her diferent from the other dentists we have seen over the years. She is always there for the friendly chats, to answer all the queries as well as to provide options. My daughter loves her gentle touch and her guidance that helps her to deal with the anxiety around teeth. So far she has had 6 extractions and each time the experience just gets better and smoother. She has a godly touch and does her job with full heart. Coming to the facility itself, staff are very friendly and approachable and the facility looks very pristine and has a warm and welcoming look. Higly recommend

My husband took our 3.5 year old son to his first dentist visit and was happy with the service. Friendly team and atmosphere, and Dr Huy Thien was great with our son! While he was getting his teeth checked out, they put on a "kids friendly car" show which made the experience more at ease for my son!

Dr Quynh was very nice and explained everything to me as to what was happening. Her assistant Claire was very patient and upstanding and was very nice and friendly ❤️❤️❤️

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely poor experience with Dr Ammu Ruby. A root canal was started and complications arose, but instead of clear communication or support, I was met with defensiveness and attitude when I asked basic questions about what was happening. There was virtually no communication, no plan to resolve the issue, and no effort to finish the treatment. I was left in limbo and forced to seek help elsewhere to fix a problem that was not completed. The lack of professionalism and the arrogant manner made an already stressful situation far worse. I would not return and would strongly caution others considering treatment with her.

Bruno is a great doctor, he is always very gentle, thoughtful and never fails to make me laugh. The receptionists are always very friendly — I definitely would recommend this place for all families!
