I've been seeing Dr Richie for the past year, and he is genuinely one of the kindest, most caring, and supportive dentists I've ever met. After having some negative experiences when I was younger, I've always felt quite anxious about dental visits, and as a result, I've had a few ongoing issues with my teeth. Dr Richie has been incredibly understanding throughout the entire process. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly, provides honest advice, and carefully discusses all available treatment options. Most importantly, he has made me feel comfortable and relaxed every time I sit in the dental chair, which is something I never thought I'd say about going to the dentist! The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. The reception team are always friendly, professional, and happy to help, making every visit a positive experience from start to finish. I've truly found my forever dentist. Thank you to Dr Richie and the entire team for always making me feel comfortable, valued, and welcome whenever I visit. ☺️

After walking into the dental boutique you can tell this is no ordinary practice. The warm and friendly surroundings were a pleasant surprise. This feeling of being at ease continued when I was introduced to my team, Dr Chau and Emma . Both are so very friendly and happy to listen to what I wanted to achieve. Options were discussed and all of my questions were answered. After receiving my new smile in only a couple of weeks I was amazed at the results. So many positive comments from friends and family, not only how great my new smile was but also how I’ve changed as a person . I no longer fear meeting people for the first time or public speaking . My experience has always been amazing everytime. I have gotten so many treatments from cleaning, fillings, whitening and composite bonding and the staff are genuinely 10000/10. I live over an hour away and will still travel the distance just to come here. Amazing quality and service.
