I am not sure where to start but I can only say that Dr John was the most amazing Dentist I’ve ever seen. I had extensive dental work and traumatic fears of the Dentist and he couldn’t make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. I’m not gonna lie. the work was quite full on however the clinic and Dr John supported me the whole way through now things have settled. I’ve got to say I am extremely happy with the work that Dr John has done and I’m looking forward to him being my regular Dentist moving forward. My teeth look beautiful and have had so many compliments from friends and family. Dr John does amazing work and I am Vey grateful as it has been life changing for me. Thank you Dr John and all the staff at Dental Boutique for making a difficult time a positive one. Could not recommend him more highly!

After extensive reconstructive surgery, I was incredibly hesitant to begin any dental treatment, especially something as involved as 12 months of Invisalign followed by veneer treatment. I saw Dr. Vivien Tran at Dental Botique Mornington. I was very anxious before the whole process, but she made it such an easy process from the beginning and it truely was an easy process. From their financial assistant there who sets up everything, to coming back today for my review post procedure; they’ve all been lovely. I’ve had calls to check up on me to see how I am going post procedure and feel as though I can ring with any questions I may have, I feel very looked after by Vivien. I had a look around all other places before deciding on dental Botique Mornington. I went in for a free assessment to chat about what I wanted fixing, so I could be sure before paying and booking in… if anyone else is reading this and considering dental Botique, I’d definitely recommend!! Specifically Dr. Vivien.

I had treatment through Dental Boutique Mornington that resulted in ongoing complications and the need for further specialist assessment and corrective treatment. Despite providing evidence of my concerns and seeking a fair resolution, I was left feeling unheard and disappointed by the lack of accountability taken regarding the outcome of the work performed. I have experienced ongoing gum inflammation caused by improperly bonded composite veneers, difficulty flossing properly due to the way they were placed, and veneers beginning to fall away only days after treatment. This continued repeatedly over the course of just one year, with sections detaching and exposing the natural tooth underneath. Unfortunately, neither the clinic nor the compliance manager, or the representative of the dentist who performed the work have made the process of seeking resolution easy. My concerns and lived experience have consistently felt dismissed rather than genuinely addressed. Even after providing specialist reports and any required documentation, the clinic and its representative still have not, in my view, taken meaningful responsibility for the outcome of the treatment or the ongoing issues I have experienced. My experience has been stressful, costly, and time-consuming, and I expected a much higher standard of aftercare and responsibility when issues were raised. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment to ask detailed questions about risks, long-term outcomes, and what support is offered if complications arise. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Having a huge fear of dentistry, my experience with Dr Kathy has exceeded my expectations. I felt cared for by all staff. My teeth were in a terrible condition, causing pain & literally falling apart. All my issues have been addressed & repaired & I am no longer afraid to smile!! Highly recommend Dr Kathy & Dental Boutique.

Before going to the Dental Boutique, my front teeth were chipped and discoloured. I grind my teeth at night and over time they were wearing down. Dr John did composite bonding on my four front teeth, the shape and colour blends in perfectly with the rest of my teeth and I feel like i can smile without feeling embarrassed. While it’s a subtle difference, my confidence has been boosted massively. I also had a night guard made for me to protect my teeth if I grind them during the night. The process of the composite bonding as well as getting the mould for my night guard was so much quicker, easier and comfortable than I expected. They were efficient and put me first and I didn’t have to wait months to get it done. Dr John and all the other staff looked after me and ensured my experience was positive and stress free. I was a new patient and they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue to see them. Huge thanks to Dr John and the team 🤗
