2 days agoAfter having bad experiences with different dentists over the past 6 years I came to my appointment full of anxiety but hoping this one would be different. And wow! Every member of staff was so lovely and helpful. They really showed they care about their patients!

Edited a week agoWe had such a wonderful experience at Dental One with Dr Catherine. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She looked after my daughter, Ariana, with such kindness and patience, taking the time to make her feel comfortable, relaxed, and even excited about her visit. Her gentle and caring approach really made a difference and turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a very positive experience. It’s clear that Dr Katherine genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent dental care. We’re so grateful for the kindness, patience, and professionalism shown throughout the appointment. Highly recommend Dr Katherine and the team at Dental One to any family looking for caring and trustworthy dental care also the customer service provided by Sarah at the front desk was exceptional she was great and bubbly Jasmine from reception is great to deal with very caring and shows great empathy

I am a bit of an anxious person when it comes to dentists and Mira took her time to explain things and while cleaning my teeth, if I needed a break, she was understanding, as well as her helper in the room. Also want to add that the receptionist was really kind and welcoming. Thank you so much !!

In particular, Mira and Sarah were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and highly professional, making us feel comfortable and well looked after from start to finish.
