Edited 2 weeks agoI was very pleased with my dentist and did a 5 star review. I have been requesting her for my check-ups. Suddenly last week, on the day of my appointment, I was told she was not in but I can see someone else. I declined and asked for a different day. I specifically said I need Monday and Wednesdays. I was told that Monday wasn't her working day and I got a Wednesday appointment. Wednesday morning, I was told she wasn't in and I can pick someone else. When I asked for a different day, I was told she didn't work on Wednesdays , she comes Mondays. I was not happy about this contradicting information. So I was questioning about this and found out, the dentist is not really a dentist. Only a dental technician. Very disappointed.
