For my first time attending this place I’m thoroughly impressed! From the moment I sent an email enquiry to leaving the practice. I filled out the email form on their website and received a call regarding my concerns within the next half an hour! Christy was super friendly on the phone and took her time to read everything I had said. She encouraged me to come in to meet everyone and was really sweet knowing I have pretty debilitating dental anxiety. When I went into the practice I was greeted with tea and smiles. The friendliness made me feel less tense and happy I chose this dentist. The entire consultation was very easy and straightforward. Information I got from the consultation was direct and I got a quotation for a treatment plan which helped me to understand the process going forward. I also got a couple of X-rays done and they were simple. I was encouraged and engaged in conversation the entire process which helped my anxiety go down. Overall this practice is warm, friendly, accomodating and professional! ☺️

Great people and Honest advice, hard to get a place that tells you straight while also keeping a kind and professional attitude, recommend to anyone who is in two minds as they made the experience alot more present and comftable

Cannot rate them high enough! My son was in horrific nerve pain late one night when I was googling who could help- they were the only practice to hear my anguish as a mother and helped late at night, and were able to fit my son in first thing the next morning. A massive thank you to Christy, and the dentist for your help and care with my son! 2 extractions later, and he went on pain-free to play in his footy gala night scoring a try and an assisted try! On a side note, the practice itself is so calm and relaxing - and the coffee is great! Thank you so so much again. Love me, and Jamesy.

I recently took my daughter *2 years old* to her very first dentist appointment at Dentist@Labrador, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the team created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They immediately helped my daughter feel safe and comfortable, which meant so much to me. They took the time to show her around the space and introduce everything in a gentle, friendly way. Throughout the appointment, they were incredibly professional while still keeping things very light, fun. They explained the equipment in a calm and professional but playful way, checked in with her at every step to make sure she felt ok. By the end of the visit, my daughter was so comfortable she was giving out hugs, which says everything about how safe and supported she felt. Thank you so much to the whole team for such a positive experience. You’re doing an amazing job.

Best team ever !! Christy and Shelley are the warmest people I have ever met. And that’s really important in a dental clinic. The dentist is unbelievably gentle.

I suffer from dental anxiety or 'dentophobia' so going to the dentist is a big deal for me. All the staff here are so lovely and caring and the dentist is gentle and reassuring. I highly recommend Dentist@Labrador.
