I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mina and the team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about my comfort. The clean and treatment were thorough, and Mina took the time to explain everything clearly. What really impressed me was the level of care and generosity shown. I was pleasantly surprised with some fantastic complimentary products, including an electric toothbrush, Oral-B products, and a whitening kit, which was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines outstanding service, genuine care, and such attention to detail. Can highly recommend Dentists at Annerley after a wonderful experience when seeking urgent dental treatment for a major tooth trauma. Deanna who took my concerned phone call moved mountains to get us a next day appointment and Dr Sophie did a marvellous job in treating our dental concern achieving a great end result. 100% recommend dentists in Annerley for any wisdom teeth removals, specifically Dr Mina Khela. He was amazing, made you feel comfortable and was quick and easy with the process.

The place is good but dentist Eric from Korea doesn't know what he is doing. I went there 2 months ago and Eric was doing my filling , he put the filling in and then had to pull out everything and start all over again . It was nice of them to give me 50% discount. I hope they teach him along the way how to do a filling and remove a teeth.He has willingness to learn and I am sure he will be a good dentist one day .

Very friendly staff at reception. Dr Sana Valli was extremely helpful with providing the information I need for teeth alignment options and very friendly.

I chose Dr Eric at Dentists in Annerley for a second opinion after seeing the many positive reviews, and also to compare treatment options and costs. The clinic is well equipped, and having diagnostic imaging on site is convenient. However, I was surprised that the treatment plan recommended here was much more extensive than what both my original dentist and a periodontist had suggested. The estimated cost was also significantly higher—around $15,000 more than the other opinions I received. I also noticed a couple of items processed through my health insurance that I don’t recall receiving. Overall, this experience was disappointing given the otherwise strong reviews for the practice. Shop around, don’t just accept the first opinion.

Dr Sana was kind and patient with our two year old. The whole team was great and came in at 7pm on Saturday night to fix him up at short notice

After a nice 10 min conversation regarding the new patient offer of $145 for a check-up and a 100% teeth clean during one session and after I made an appointment and gave all my details, thinking everything is organised - suddenly I was told at the end by the Dentist Clinic Receptionist, that I have to pay a $50 deposit BEFORE the treatment has even started! I have never heard about that before. So, I cancelled the appointment immediately (very annoyed that I gave this person my details) before I was told about the $50 prepay thing. Is this Dentist Clinic a Scammer? So, my recommendation = 0 (Unfortunately I had to give this Clinic one star to be able to send this feedback. But they deserve not one.

Highly recommended. I always get same day appointment. Dentists and staff are very helpful and friendly. They do care a lot about their patients.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Dentists in Annerley! Dr Sana Valli was not only extremely thorough and efficient, but also extremely kind and compassionate. I truly felt very well cared for. The reception staff Lilly and Dee truly went above and beyond in sorting out some issues with my health fund, and were extremely patient. Their services alone are excellent, but the care and customer service demonstrated by the staff as a whole is truly outstanding, and I will definitely be coming back to this clinic for many years to come!

All good but expensive

Dr Sophie was absolutely lovely. She made the whole appointment smooth and stress-free. The dental assistant was also wonderful, she kept my son occupied while I was in the chair, which I truly appreciated. Such a warm and caring environment. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr Sophie and her team.

I had a crown come loose today. I phoned at 13.30 hrs to see if any appointments were available. The receptionist said if I come in straight away I can be seen by a dentist before he goes home. No price was discussed but I figured re glueing a crown on couldn’t cost too much. I got there within 15 minutes. The staff were all nice friendly. The dentist had a look and stated that he could Re cement the tooth but he can’t guarantee it as there were problems with the margins on the crown. No problem. He cleaned the existing cement out of the crown and fitted it back in with fresh cement. About 15 minutes in total. No issues with the service at all. When I paid, I got a bit of a shock. $400 total $75 to look at the tooth $326 to glue it back in place. I felt this seemed quite expensive so I checked online what the average cost was. AI stated $75-$120for the re cement and $85 for the consultation was the average in Sydney. I’m in Brisbane, a generally cheaper city. I have no issues with any of the staff but the price was nothing short of outrageous. My fault for falling into the trap of not asking the price before the work was done but it certainly leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Pardon the pun.

The Dentist is amazing & the staff both dental nurses & admin staff are not only really helpful but go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & supportive with anything else you need when you are there.

I initially scheduled a routine checkup, but my visit quickly became so much more. The staff immediately provided valuable information regarding my concerns, and based on their analysis, we proceeded with a comprehensive treatment plan right away. ​The team was able to perform a thorough cleaning and analysis, and they even took the time to review my gum health concerns. I was deeply impressed by the level of detailed attention and care provided, which went far beyond a standard cleaning. ​Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. It is rare to find a place where you feel so listened to and cared for. I am truly grateful for the service and expertise I received. I highly recommend this practice!
