a week agoReceived a group message with (14 other people) wishing me a happy birthday. All of the other patient's phone numbers were visible, the same as my own. This is a grotesque violation of privacy laws. Just to demosntate to the owner, it took less than two minutes to find the full name, occupation, and company of another listed member (from their phone number alone). DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. I will be filing a formal complaint with AHPRA, Dental Council of NSW, and other relevant governing bodies.

Edited a month agoI had a root canal treatment done at the Baulkham hills clinic. Dr Majid was excellent. Patient and explained clearly what needs to be done. He was very good to deal with. Dr Nisha was excellent in taking feedback and resolving any issues.
