My experience with Drouin Dental has left me extremely disappointed. I attended a consultation regarding major dental work and was guided through a Humm finance application and a compassionate release of superannuation application through SuperCare and after raising concerns about if it dosnt proceed was told by the girl 'oh its okay we'll work it out if we come to that'. I ultimately decided not to proceed because, after careful consideration, I felt accessing my retirement savings was not the right financial decision for my family. As a result, I lost a $1,680 deposit despite never receiving any actual dental treatment. What frustrated me most was the lack of transparency. The deposit was explained to me as helping commence treatment while waiting for funds, yet when I chose not to proceed, I was advised it had already been consumed by planning, records, and application-related fees. I also had to make repeated requests before receiving copies of the documents I had allegedly signed. Being told that over $1,600 has been spent despite no treatment taking place is a difficult pill to swallow. To be fair, the clinic was eventually able to provide signed paperwork supporting their position. However, from a patient's perspective, paying $1,680, receiving no treatment, and then having to chase documentation for weeks has left a very sour taste. I would encourage ANYONE considering treatment involving finance or compassionate release of super to read every document carefully, ask detailed questions about deposits and cancellation scenarios, and obtain copies of all paperwork before proceeding. Unfortunately, my experience has been an expensive lesson

I have never been comfortable with going to the dentist due to past experiences but thanks to Dr Nelson and his amazing Dental Nurse my fears have been eliminated. This team is kind, compassionate and patient. When you have things explained in common language about what is happening and what you can expect it helps reduce anxiety and fear. I recently visited the clinic and was treated by Dr Shweta. She was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained the procedure in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The treatment was smooth and painless, and the staff were also very supportive. I would highly recommend Dr Shweta for anyone looking for quality dental care.

I had the worst dentist iv ever experienced today, she was rude, abrupt and didn’t want to know me when I declined her very high quote and telling me to pull out of my super or payment plan, she couldn’t get me out the door quick enough .. I felt rushed .. I felt I couldn’t talk as she didn’t want to hear it .. I left with no solution and very upset .. after going to that clinic for the best part of a decade I will not be bringing my children or myself back there ever again Very sad and disappointed :( Highly recommend to go elsewhere where you will be valued and treated kindly and actually get your dental help you require.

I walked in with broken teeth and needed alot of work that I'd put off for over a decade out of fear. Drouin dental were so compassionate and empathetic to me and my feelings and started slowly over the last two months ive had all my teeth fixed and now looking forward to going back in 6 months. They not only helped me move past my fear of the dentist but made it a beautiful experience. Highly recommended
