Had the best experience here with Dr S, as someone who hasn’t previously had the best experience at the dentist, Dr S was great, explained everything that was going on and kept me very calm and relaxed. She made the experience a really positive one!!

My son chipped his tooth and after Dr Sian treated him you could barely see his chipped tooth. This is one of our favourite dentists. She was amazing and incredibly calm!

Appreciate Dr Sian and Marnix for sorting out my tooth ache on a public holiday. Dr Sian is really friendly and explained things clearly.

Fantastic job for a chipped front tooth with Dr Rutu and her lovely dental nurse (whose name I forgot!). All done within the same day. Great communication and attention to detail throughout. As good as an experience at the dentist as I’ve had.

Excellent experience. I had a tooth crack the day I arrived in Sydney. Was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours and received great care. Unfortunately the tooth was not salvageable. It was removed and I was on my way in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience here today. I arrived feeling quite nervous, but the team immediately put me at ease. I needed an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth, and Sian explained everything clearly and calmly, which really helped settle my nerves. The procedure was handled quickly and professionally, and I was on my way in no time. Would highly recommend!

The best dental experience in Sydney! I am an international student, and today I had a tooth extraction here due to a severe infection and a cyst in my gum. I was really nervous, but from the moment I called, they made me feel so welcome. I called at 7 AM for an emergency appointment, and they fit me in so easily. By 9 AM, I was in the chair, and the whole procedure was done in just 20 minutes! A huge thank you to Dr. Alice. She was so professional and kind. She made me feel as safe as I would back home. Also, the front desk Phoebe was super friendly and helpful. So grateful to have found this place. Highly recommended! 🦷❤️

When you’re dealing with unexpected dental pain, it can feel overwhelming and stressful, but the team here made the entire experience calm, efficient, and reassuring from start to finish. I was seen on very short notice, which in itself was incredible. the clinic was clean, modern, and well-organised. The team greeted me warmly and immediately put me at ease. Dental emergencies can make anyone anxious, but the environment here felt professional and compassionate, which made a huge difference. Every step was explained before it happened, and I felt completely involved in the decision making process. My pain was relieved quickly, and I left feeling comfortable and confident that the problem had been properly managed before I had to fly out. The dentist also provided clear aftercare instructions and made sure I knew what to expect in the coming days. What stood out most to me was the genuine empathy shown by the entire team. If you ever find yourself in need of urgent dental care, this is the place to go. Not quite emergency when they direct you to book online during their business hours and I’m waiting outside the door for 30 minutes for someone to open only to get an email the doctor is not available meaning he wouldn’t be bothered to show to string business hours since I’m here and no one is here. I even received a text confirming my appointment time an hour before the appointment.

Emergency toothache, rang at 8am Saturday morning appointment 9am eating breakfast at 9.45am. Thank you .

I booked a last minute emergency appointment after a few days of really bad pain under one of my crowns. Sian was so lovely, put me right at ease and made the root canal process very smooth. It's a lovely clinic and I would highly recommend.
