They always try to charge you even with a good insurance. And tell you the cavity is deep even if its not to charge more. I went to another doctor who told cavity is not deep and didnt charge me any top of the covered insurance. Totql ripp off.

the middle aged asian lady at the front desk is argumentative and rude (around 35-40 years old?). i think she is part of the owners. regarding the dental work, it is great. 1 star.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr John Tran. I initially visited the clinic to have my wisdom tooth removed. During the consultation, Dr Tan also mentioned there was some decay on my molar and suggested trimming a small part of the adjacent tooth so the filling could be done properly. I trusted his recommendation and agreed to have this done at the same time as my wisdom tooth removal. However, since the procedure I have experienced ongoing problems. Food constantly gets stuck between my second and third molars in the area where the tooth was extracted, which has been very uncomfortable and frustrating. Last Thursday I started experiencing pain in that area. After getting it checked, I was told there is significant decay in the tooth and I now need to undergo root canal treatment. I feel this issue may have developed after the extraction and the trimming of the tooth, and it was not something that was clearly explained or prevented at the time. Dealing with these complications and the need for further treatment has been stressful and disappointing. I was Epping family dental patient before I didn’t mention on the review that I just checked up with dr John Tran last Thursday. I mentioned I start feeling pain from last Thursday. I got checked on last Saturday with bupa dental and found out that tooth needs to have the root canal treatment.

Dr Amanda To is a brilliant dentist. From young I’ve always felt very anxious & nervous going to the dentist but since I’ve been seeing Dr Amanda for check & clean for a few years now, & most recently had a dental crown job done, Dr Amanda has diffused my fear of dentist. I find Dr Amanda to be very gentle & careful. Thank you for the excellent service and skill displayed. I highly recommend Dr Amanda to all my friends now!

I had to wait an hour after booking a teeth cleaning appointment… The arrangements were terrible. The most ridiculous thing was that the receptionist and dentist asked me why I came so early… Speechless. They wouldn't let me change the time, and despite the terrible arrangements, they had the nerve to ask me why I came so early.

A very good dental clinic, highly recommend. Counter staff are nice and very responsive. Dr Jeffrey, who has been taking care of my family members for 2 years, is not only professional, but also patient and sincere in addressing to our concerns and provides very good advice and information.

I had my first wisdom tooth removal with Dr. Chow, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was extremely professional and explained every step clearly, which helped calm my nerves a lot. I was very scared beforehand, but he reassured me and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The pain was only about 10% of what I expected—it was so much more comfortable than I imagined. I would happily recommend Dr. Chow to anyone who needs to have a tooth removed. :)
