I have visited Exceptional dental few weeks ago ,for very simple procedure, Dr Sam was attending to me. The procedure involved the triming and polishing few sharp pices on my two teeth from the inside of my mouth because they were cutting my tonque. The procedure was very simple and quick but very unsuccessful I went back for the correction and was told that it is not point to try and correct it,only go for whole different more complicated procedures Totalling all together $ 5000 ! If Dr Sam would have gone ahead and fixed this very simple problem l came with in the first place I would be more then happy to procide with his other suggestions Because he left me very disappointed and unsatisfied in regards to.his first unsatisfactory performance involving something simple like triming few sharp edges on my inside two teeth I have no trust in him to do anything more complicated like crowns or filling cavities! In my opinion if U do a good job even on small problem U leave patient happy and full.of trust for future results! I'm sorry but it didn't happen!

I ended up coming in for 9 appointments over a year to catch up on some long overdue work, and every visit was a positive experience. The front desk staff are also wonderful. Exceptional Dental is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to!

When my son was a teenager, Dr Park’s supervision and a custom orthodontic appliance made sure he got the right care he needed. He has given me two implants and they must be perfect. He just sends them back until they are exactly the way he wants them even colour change if it’s not exact it goes back. On top of that he is just a general all round good guy including the staff Dr Sam, Sophie the Reception girls the nurses everybody just makes you feel so welcome and they go out of their way To help. I have referred friends and family to Dr Tim and they have all come away very very happy. I called to ask if they did an apicoectomy as I was referred to them. I was told I’d have to come in and was given an X-ray, a consultation and a script for antibiotics. I was then told they don’t do apicoectomies there and referred me to someone else. After paying the bill I realised they could have said no to begin with but then they wouldn’t have made a claim on my insurance and had me pay a gap. Be careful here I’m not saying they’re not good dentists because I don’t know but they’re keen to get your money and they’re not ethical about it. Never going there again.
