Edited a week agoTina Cheng at Chatwood I’ve been seeing Christina Zheng for my dental cleaning for many years, and she has always been professional and thorough. However, this time my appointment was rescheduled to Tina Cheng, due to Christina being fully booked. I went in at 3:05pm and, surprisingly, the cleaning was finished by 3:23pm — only 18 minutes in total. Normally dental cleaning would take at least 30 minutes. Apart from the discomfort during the treatment, I also noticed the fees charged were around 30% higher than what I had previously paid for similar services. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return if I were to be booked with the same dentist again.

3 weeks agoI had my dental implant treatment at this clinic and had a great experience from start to finish. The clinic environment is clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very nice and welcoming. Dr Chang was extremely professional throughout the whole process. The implant procedure was completed quickly, smoothly, and with minimal discomfort, which made me feel very reassured. The dental assistant also explained the post-surgery care instructions in great detail. Everything was covered clearly and professionally, and they also provided written documents, which helped me better understand what I needed to pay attention to after the procedure. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would highly recommend this clinic.
