I’ve been bringing my three children here for check-ups and cavity treatments, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. Dr James is very kind and gentle with the kids, which makes them feel comfortable during their visits. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with the care and service we receive here. Highly recommend!

Dr James Sung has served the Eastwood community for decades, and in my honest opinion, he is a very caring and trustworthy doctor. I did not have an appointment and was in pain, but I was still given time and treated with care. Dr Sun is very helpful in emergencies, even when you do not have a prior appointment. He also explains the treatment clearly and honestly, including whether there are other options or places where you can receive treatment. I truly appreciate his honesty, kindness, and dedication to the community. Highly recommended.

I strongly recommend Dr James. He is a very professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled dentist. I haven’t seen any other dentist since I met him, and I’ve finally settled on one clinic without needing to keep searching for a good dentist. He is also our family dentist.

Since moving to Australia, I used to visit a nearby dental clinic whenever I moved. However, since I started my orthodontic treatment about 5 years ago, I have consistently visited just this one place. They are always kind and make sure to treat me as painlessly as possible. Also, because they meticulously check in advance what treatment will be performed at the next appointment, I have almost no memory of feeling pain while visiting the dentist in recent years. I highly recommend this place!! The staff are always kind and caring, and they always do their best to make the treatment as painless as possible. They also explain and plan ahead for the next appointment very carefully, so I honestly can’t remember the last time I came here feeling nervous or in pain. Highly recommended!!
