I cannot speak highly enough of Ray and the team at Forever Young Denture Clinic. After years of struggling with ill-fitting dentures from another provider, I finally made the call to come in. Ray took his time during the consultation, really listening to every concern I had about the fit and appearance. The finished dentures look completely natural and I can eat comfortably for the first time in years. Jenny at the front desk was warm and welcoming too. The clinic itself is modern and clean, and parking in the Oxley Drive complex was no trouble at all. Will not be going anywhere else.

Brought my mother in to see Jared about new full upper dentures after she had been putting it off for ages. From the moment we walked in, the experience was relaxed and professional. Jared explained every step clearly so Mum knew exactly what to expect. The turnaround time was much quicker than we anticipated and the fit on the first try was excellent. She has been raving about how natural they feel. The clinic has its own on-site lab which I think makes a real difference to the quality and speed.

I had a lower partial denture made by Ray about three months ago now and it has been life-changing. I was nervous going in because I had a bad experience elsewhere but the whole team put me at ease immediately. Came in for a same-day reline and was genuinely impressed with how efficiently everything was handled. Dropped in first thing Monday morning, Jared assessed the denture, explained what needed to be done, and I had it back by early afternoon. Fit is noticeably better. The clinic is tucked inside the Oxley Drive shopping complex which has good parking right out front. Staff are friendly and the whole place feels very professional without being cold or clinical. Will be back when I need new ones made.

Overall a good experience at Forever Young. Ray was thorough and clearly very skilled. My only gripe is that the clinic is closed on Fridays which meant I had to take time off work on a Wednesday for my fitting appointment, whereas a Friday slot would have been much more convenient. That said, the quality of the denture itself is excellent and Jenny was helpful when I called to reschedule. Would come back regardless.

Ray Wynne is without doubt the best dental prosthetist I have ever dealt with. I have had dentures for over twenty years and these are by far the most comfortable and natural-looking I have ever worn. He takes enormous pride in his work and it shows in the final result. The shade matching was spot on and several people have commented that my smile looks years younger. I live in Helensvale so the drive to Runaway Bay is worth every minute. Jared did an amazing job with my implant-retained overdenture. The process took a few appointments but I was kept informed the whole way through and the communication from Jenny about scheduling was faultless. The denture sits perfectly on the implants with no movement at all, which is a world away from my old conventional denture. I gave four stars mainly because I had to wait about three weeks for the first appointment, which felt a bit long when you are dealing with a missing tooth situation. Once I got in though the service was first-rate and the final result is great. Parking on site which is a bonus. Would recommend to anyone in the northern Gold Coast area.

I had an appointment pushed back twice due to what sounded like staffing reasons and it made the whole process take much longer than quoted. Communication could have been better when delays happened. In the end the result was fine and the denture fits well, but the experience was a bit stressful getting there. The clinic could improve its appointment management.

Jared did the impressions and the finished mouthguard fits him perfectly, much better than the boil-and-bite ones he had been using. Good overall experience. Ray is skilled and the partial denture he made for me fits very well. My only slight hesitation is the limited hours, Monday to Thursday only, which makes booking around work commitments tricky. I had to take two half-days from work.
