I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Prerna Narang and her team. From the minute I walked in the clinic, I felt supported and cared about. Smiling, helpful reception staff, dental technicians who ask what music I want to listen too, who have even held my hand during a treatment, and then Dr Prerna herself. My dental anxiety has gone out the window. All treatments are explained in detail, even with the cost involved before anything starts. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me.

Absolutely amazing! The whole team. They all read notes in files about partners anxiety & other needs to work as well as can be for patients needs. If any issues, they make quick follow up appointments to rectify & help & ease distressed minds. They discuss all possible treatment options & let you choose what suits you & your budget best. We have had many bad or average experiences with dentists before & almost gave up thinking there was nothing that could be done. Dr Ved & team have completed changed our views from negative to positive! I have also changed my dentist care to them & recommend to everyone we know! Thanks again team!

Dr Sunpreet Sohi was just 11/10. So much patience, kindness and professionalism. I’m not the best with dental appointments but she made it so much easier. Very grateful for her. And she gave me different options with my procedure, like sleep dentistry or happy gas, letting me choose what makes me feel the most comfortable. This made me feel very confident and comfortable. The room even has a screen on the ceiling and they provide headphones to listen to music, I thought that was really cool! I’ve never seen that before at a clinic.

I went to Healthy Smiles last week for a routine clean after my husband signed us up for Bupa insurance and it was honestly the best experience at a dentist I’ve had. Dr Debbie and Patcha are soo lovely and accommodating! They had stress balls and headphones for music to help me relax. I love that they go above and beyond compared to other dentists, also especially love the photos to show you where you have problem areas on your teeth- thank you Dr Debbie!!

From the Welcome you receive at reception to the doctors & dental aides working on your teeth you are put completely at ease. I highly recommend this practice to everyone. Especially if you are highly anxious about needles. Have also had other crowns done while sleeping. Excellent ☺️👍 Photo from this morning after having front crown inserted. I recently had a crown put in place by Dr Debbie @ Healthy Smiles Dental Group. It was an amazing experience. It was one of my front teeth so it was important to get it right, but you would never know it was a false tooth. Dr Debbie did a great job removing the old false tooth that had been there for 30 years and replacing it with an upgrade. Even though my damaged tooth still had a nerve, I didn't feel a thing and the old false tooth was replaced without any complications. I couldn't be happier. Dr Debbie and her team couldn't have made the whole experience any better. She explained everything extremely clearly and warned me of all the potential hazards and walked me through everything. But there was absolutely no reason to worry because Dr Debbie makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. She is a gem!! The follow-up and care from the team afterwards is also such a blessing. I couldn't recommend the group more highly.

I have had a fantastic experience with my dental implant done by Dr Ved Berani recently. Dr Ved is a very kind person who has helped me from the begining in explaining the process in detail for my understanding. He had performed the implant with his highly professional skills and dedication, as per my case which is not an easy one. The clinic is clean and the staff are friendly and considerate. I definitely will recomend Dr Ved & this clinic to my friends and relatives.

We were introduced to healthy smiles by a dentist friend of ours as he does not do sleep dentistry We had nothing but great experience with healthy smiles From the receptionist to the professionals. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Narang and felt truly cared for throughout my treatment. I felt overwhelmed because I had many teeth that needed treatment, but Dr. Narang checked everything carefully and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. Because of that, I felt comfortable and confident moving forward with the treatment. Dr. Narang also gave me helpful advice about my insurance. I really appreciated that he explained the best plan for my dental health while also suggesting options that were realistic and manageable for me. After the treatment, the tooth that had been bothering me for a long time no longer had any pain or discomfort, which made me very happy. Thank you so much.

The doctor and assistant were very friendly and gave good advice to my 14 year old daughter about getting the gap in her front teeth closed. They said that her teeth were actually very good and did not require any cosmetic treatment. Thank you for making the consultation free of charge and helping with the advice, we really appreciated your time and the free lip balm and tooth care bag.

As someone who is nervous about dental work, I can confidently recommend Dr Sohi and dental assistant Rose to make your appointment as comfortable as possible. Dr Sohi noticed my nerves immediately and took her time with me to ensure that I understood what was happening, and why it was happening. If I could give 6 stars I would! I’m super impressed with Dr Yan! As someone who has experienced a lot of anxiety and fear around dental appointments, (mainly because of traumatic experiences at other dentist’s), I was a bit nervous about having to get a crown done, but Dr Yan was kind and friendly and put me at ease immediately. The procedure was not as bad as I had imagined and Dr Yan did an amazing Job. My tooth now looks and feels so much better. I’d rate my experience 100/100! Thanks Dr Yan! Dr. Purvang made my tooth extraction experience completely effortless. Although a 90-minute appointment had been scheduled, he completed the procedure in just 45 minutes with exceptional skill and efficiency. What impressed me most was how painless the entire process was. He has a real talent for administering injections—I didn’t feel a thing when he numbed the area. Throughout the procedure, I experienced no pain or discomfort and felt completely at ease. The level of aftercare was outstanding. Dr. Purvang personally called me the following day to check on my recovery, arranged two complimentary review appointments over the following week, and stayed in touch with messages to monitor my wellbeing and healing progress. I highly recommend Dr. Purvang for his gentle, professional, and genuinely caring approach. Best dental experience I’ve had. Dr Sohi was a delight - I felt so well taken care of. She was calm, took the time to explain things, and the whole appointment went by in a flash. The ladies at the front desk were also exceptional - explaining things regarding health insurance and checking in while I waited. Highly recommend!

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this practice and my ongoing overall experience every time I attend. I have never, ever attended a dentist like Healthy Smiles and I can honestly say that they take away every concern you could ever have of a dentist appointment. The staff are phenomenal, and my dentist in particular, Prerna, is beyond lovely, experienced, kind, and thoughtful. After missing the Dentist for over a decade due to fear of going, I have been back several times over the last 18 months to see Prerna for a variety of work that has never left me in any pain or discomfort whatsoever, including a root canal. I highly, highly recommend this practice and I can personally guarantee anyone who visits will be blown away. 10/10.

On my first visit to the clinic I saw Victoria the dental hygienist and she was extremely thorough and explained everything to me so carefully. She did X-rays for me and cleaned my teeth. Usually my teeth and gums get really sensitive when they’re cleaned but she made sure that I wasn’t uncomfortable and kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay. She then referred me on to a dentist at the clinic for a follow up appointment and treatment plan. I was very happy with my first appointment.

Debbie is very informative about all the procedures and explain pro and cons of different options for me to make an informed decision. The facility is nice and clean. I highly recommend Debbie for any dental works.

100/10. Had a really amazing experience with Dr Sun! Super gentle, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Usually dental appointments stress me out a bit but they explained everything clearly and made it feel easy. Shout out to her assistant Rosaline too who is equally great!! You can tell Dr Sun genuinely cares about patients and wants the best results for them, she is just amazing. Really happy with everything and would definitely recommend!

I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Jeremy. He was very friendly, and helpful. Using the Dental monitoring app at home made it convenient and reduced visits to clinic. It was easy to send weekly pics, message questions/ concerns through the app and Jeremy responded promptly. The entire process was very smooth. Thank you Jeremy and the team.

Dr Debbie and the whole team are absolutely amazing. I’m very nervous at the dentist and needed 3 crowns. I had sleep dentistry for the first session to prep the teeth then nitrous when the permanent crowns were fitted. Both sessions were completely painless and Dr Debbie was so patient, caring, and informative. I’m delighted with the outcome and it has gone a long way to curing my dentist’s phobia.
