I’ve been seeing Dr Leonard Tan at High Road Dental for many years, and every visit has been an excellent experience. Dr Tan is incredibly patient, gentle, and highly skillful in his work. He always takes the time to explain each step clearly and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the treatment, which really builds trust and confidence. The clinic is well‑run, welcoming, and professional, and the overall experience is consistently smooth. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of care and attention Dr Tan provides. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines technical expertise with such a calm and thoughtful approach, and that’s why I’ve continued returning year after year.

While the dental service here is great, the front desk experience is a nightmare. I missed one appointment and apologized multiple times, only to be met with a dramatic lecture. The receptionist told me I was "making her life difficult" and refused to rebook me. It’s incredibly unprofessional to use emotional blackmail against a long-term patient. If there’s a missed appointment fee, charge it. That’s business. But don't stand on a moral high ground and try to make patients feel guilty for a scheduling oversight—especially when the clinic itself had me double-booked for two slots in one week. I won't be coming back if this is how they treat their loyal clients.

I have had trouble with my teeth all my life, I’m 71 , Len has so far fixed in place 4 implants, he is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Extremely professional, 6 stars out of 5.

Dr Nelson always explains in details what is the current issues, what need to be done and what will happen in future for your teeth. He always does the job thoroughly and make sure you don’t feel uncomfortable. I don’t have fear as I used to to see dentist. I trust him to fix my dental issues. You are the best Dr Nelson. After contemplating for a few months, I finally decided to proceed with my dental implant at High Road Clinic. Dr Tan is very skilled, and the whole procedure went smoothly. The instructions provided were very clear, and the pricing was transparent from the beginning, which gave me great confidence. It’s easy to see why they are so reputable in this area. Because of the positive experience, my whole family now visits High Road Clinic for our regular cleaning and check-ups. Highly recommended! 😊

I had my teeth professionally cleaned by Dr Jinton Yew at High Road Dental approximately two weeks ago. Prior to this appointment, I informed the clinic that the capping on my previously treated root canal tooth had fallen off. During the cleaning appointment, Dr Yew examined my teeth and advised that a separate appointment would be required to replace the capping. Based on this advice, I attended my scheduled appointment today specifically for that purpose. However, at today’s visit, Dr Yew conducted an X-ray of the tooth and then advised that the capping could not be replaced and that I would instead require a new root canal treatment. As a result, no treatment was carried out during this appointment. I am extremely disappointed with this outcome. I drove approximately 30 minutes each way to attend the clinic, only to be informed on the day that nothing could be done. Had this assessment been made during my initial cleaning appointment—when the issue with the capping was already disclosed—I should have been informed at that time and scheduled appropriately. This resulted in a significant waste of my time and was a very frustrating experience. I find this situation to be unprofessional and not honest, as I relied on the advice provided during my previous appointment. Clearer communication and a proper assessment earlier would have prevented this unnecessary visit.

I had a great experience with the dentist — very thorough and professional. The dental assistant was also wonderful and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. However, when I went to the front desk to check out and pay, the staff there seemed very impatient, which was disappointing after such a positive appointment. I hope the front desk service can be improved to match the quality of the rest of the team.

Dr Ru En is a wonderful and caring dentist who recently did my tooth fillings for me. Even though the fillings were in a difficult position, she was able to attend to them in a gentle manner, and I am quite nervous when it comes to any dental procedures requiring anaesthesia, but she was extremely reassuring and took extra measures to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a dentist and have been coming here for years
