12 hours agoVery disappointed, I have been going to Innova since they opened in Prospect. So over 10 years. I have been recommending people to them ever since. A couple of my relatives have spent over 50k. Contacted them yesterday to get an appointment for a check up and was told I had to pay a $50 deposit because I don’t go there enough. I used to be a dental nurse so I do have some idea of when I need to go. Not everyone can afford to go to the dentist twice a year and also get a mouth full of fillings. You lot are looking after filling your pockets rather than accommodating your patients needs.

a week agoLike a lot of us, really do not like the dentist's, last resort so to speak😱, but I was rapt with the service I received from Dr Nicky and DA Tayla.Very engaging whilst maintaining professionalism, explained all that they were doing at every step of the procedure ie photographing teeth and cleaning and polishing, making it an experience I enjoyed. If you have children who are adverse to the dentist (or yourself), I highly recommend Dr Nicky😷
