a day agoOMG today was a shocker for me. I bit down on some popcorn and then all of a sudden my front tooth snapped off completely. I went into a complete panic attack. Rang Lakeside Dental Spa trying to explain what had happened and that I need help ASAP. Without a word of a lie I was in the chair within 30mins and after a complete thorough examination I had Dr Jason and his assistant (sorry didn’t get your name) but a fantastic result. They saved the tooth but a huge filling was needed to get the results I needed. From the phone call to walking in to waiting and due to bring longer than expected I received a complimentary voucher for my patients. Just over an hour in the chair and I had a new tooth. I cannot thank the staff at Lakeside Dental Spa enough for not only their professionalism but their kindness and understanding. Thank you so much as it is greatly appreciated. Maree (MCN)

A kind gentle man, explains everything before starting, and made me feel very at ease, even though it was an uncomfortable procedure. I highly recommend him. And not to forget the girls at the front desk, so warm and welcoming, always pleasant and always with a smile.

2 weeks agoThe therapist who cleaned my teeth last May 2026 was good. He cleans my teeth regularly. I have dental phobia which I can't help at times. He gives me confidence. I'm happy with his service. Staff are also helpful.

2 weeks agoAs usual, my experience at Lakeside Dental went smoothly and efficiently. Dr Hazel and Rachel worked together as a great team to repair a cracked tooth and replace old fillings, explaining the process as they went. The admin staff are always so friendly too!
