2 weeks agoI stopped going because the dentist assistants have always been so aggressive and rough. It's like they have no regard for you and your well-being. Absolutely terrible. My new dentist is and his assistant are both so careful everytime and they make sure you're not uncomfortable.

3 weeks agoI had such a great experience at LifeCare Dental today. My Dentist Jonathan and Nurse Jit who looked after me were incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. The clinic has a very positive environment and uplifting energy, which made the whole visit comfortable and stress‑free. Truly grateful for the wonderful care. Thank you so much Xie Xie 🥰

a month agoIf I could give zero stars I would. I normally wouldn’t give negative feedback, but over the years the level of service has gone completely downhill. Receptionists are horrible to speak with, on a number of occasions couldn’t process my private health as “machine wasn’t working” so had had to follow up myself. Have also been spoken to with tone and an IDGAF attitude. This used to be a good place to go, zero stars to deal with anyone there now.

2 months agoDentist was 20 mins late to appointment and rushed through my cleaning in probably 5 minutes maximum. The entire process was also extremely painful and unprofessional. Brought this up at the front desk and the receptionist literally gave me the silent treatment. Had to use one of my cleanings provided by my insurance for that terrible experience. Would not return.

3 months agoDisgraceful - will cause you pain (physically and financially). If i could give -5 stars I would. They removed my partners wisdom tooth and left a chunk of it in there causing him immense pain for a week and leaving him unable to work, they then charged him to remove the leftover tooth. Concurrently, I went in for routine clean. I was used as a test dummy for a senior dentist to show junior dentists how to do a filling on a dental implant and was then charged for it (which was not quoted in the appointment, nor did I request that service). Only go here if you want to be screwed over physically and financially by trainee dentists with no idea what they're doing. Edit: They also still email me each year, despite expressing that I will never be back and requesting they remove me from their mailing list.

3 months agoDentist Michelle dunne started my Invisalign treatment over a year ago didn’t ask for any payments and I got to aligner a 22 and now she was requesting $7000 upfront payment which is just not viable. I’ve spoken to Invisalign and they said that I should’ve been offered a payment plan before Invisalign was even installed. I have been left in the dark about the whole process and she got me half way through and then to request the full payment is not something that should be done I should of been offered a payment plan at the beginning I was paying for all the work that was getting done with my teeth but nothing was ever mentioned about having to pay $7000 upfront when my partner is on Invisalign through a different dentist and he pays $100 a week. I have rang Invisalign and they said that this is not the way they should be working.

4 months agoI recently had need for urgent dental work prior to an overseas trip. From the young lady on reception who moved heaven and earth to find an appointment, ( and yes, I should have made note of her name), to the amazing Dr Yvonne with her calming manner and able assistant, it was such a positive experience! Thank you 🙏 …

4 months agoPoor and rushed service by Min. I had my prior booked cancelled with no prior notice because Min had gone overseas and no one called to tell me other than for a text message-I was only told about this after.

5 months agoDr Amanda Chee is a brilliant dentist! I got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed today and from start to finish, Dr Chee was so upfront with keeping me informed/asking me relevant questions with every detail of the appointment (e.g. how the extractions would go, my next steps with removing the other wisdom teeth in the future, costs, any discomfort I was feeling, etc.). Dr Chee is very switched on to anticipating what a patient's needs/concerns/queries would be. She was very patient and empathetic with me. Highly highly recommend! Front Desk staff on the day were also lovely!

5 months agoA few months ago I booked an appointment which was for an broken tooth located on the bottom of the back of the right hand side. I was already so nervous about it and the dentist that treated me for this which was Dr Nidhi Narang. That was by far one of the worst dental experiences I have ever encountered, both of the dentist and the dental assistant were so harsh throughout the entire process. There were continuously gagging me I literally had a tear fall out of my eye throughout the entire process. I understand that the dentist would tell me that they would have to push my tongue away in order to treat that area but I really feel that they were using that suction to push my tongue away it was just so close to my throat and the dentist she kept on being harsh towards me she told me “ let us do our job “ I felt so traumatised and during the end the dentist dropped an dental tool on top on my mouth . Although the dentist did apologise in the end that they were being so harsh towards me but the excuse that she gave me was that “ they just really needed to get it done” honestly thats not a very valid excuse From now onwards if I ever need an dentist asap and if Dr Zahrra isn’t available im so scared and terrified I do not want to go see another dentist within that clinic and im so scared of working with that dental assistant ever again .

5 months agoI booked a last minute quick checkup and clean with Dr. Anu Nair. She was wonderful, gentle, and very professional. She explained everything with ease and ensured my comfort and understanding, and made sure I could tell her any issues with my dental. She even went as far as checking if my entire appointment was covered by insurance before starting. Upon discussing my wisdom teeth I did an xray in the very same appointment whilst she also consulted me on the xray results. She is very open and honest regarding all your dental concerns and information. The cleaning didn’t take long at all and I was in and out in just over half hour. Receptionists are also very nice, all staff and systems in this clinic are very well organised. Thanks LifeCare dental and wishing you all a Happy New Year😊

5 months agoI had my dental appointment done by Dr Kah. He was very professional and explained my dental issues very well. I was initially very nervous for my appointment but i felt very reassured by him and his dental nurse. And the best part is there wasnt any pain at all during and after the procedure! Thank you Dr Kah!

5 months agoAll the staff, from dentist to front office, were amazing. My son is a very anxious patient and the staff were able to offer alternatives to make him feel calm enough to extract two teeth, he was even escorted to our car to make sure he was ok. Can't thank them enough for all their help and kindness. Highly recommend.

5 months agoI arrived in Australia very recently. I had many checkups in France, and yet upon arrival I had severe tooth pain. The nerve was dying, and I had to have a root canal over three appointments. Dr. Laith Aswad is incredibly kind and professional. I really enjoyed my treatment. Thank you again.
